On the basis of OCM, segmentation based on curvature radium is presented in the paper, in which curvature radium is calculated using parametric-surface fitting, and detecting edge points is realized from orthogonal direction, which ensure the integrality of edge points. Since the data is organized by cross-line in OCM, a new arithmetic, Double-direction Angle Difference arithmetic, is brought forward, which can pick up edge points more quickly.

物体的表面一般由多个曲面相交组成，要建立完整的几何模型，需要对测量数据进行区域分割——区分不同曲面的数据，现有的区域分割大多是对单视图的图像式测量数据进行的，但完整的CAD模型需要联合多个视图产生，本文在上面提出的三维正交模型的基础上，提出了三种区域分割方法：第一种方法是基于曲率半径的数据分区方法，通过二次参数曲面拟合计算局部曲率半径，从正交的多个方向进行检测，保证了边点提取的完整性。

Take the method of "subarea" and "conjunction" to segment the whole request model to three parts. Making use of boundary continuousness between medium and lining structure at stress and displacement, construct a wave function that can satisfy the stress boundary condition at horizontal surface by the scattering of SH-waves in circular part. And then, availing of the wave function, conjoin the circular part into the semi-circular hollow space at common boundary. The problem can be reduced to solve the question that can only meet the condition of "conjunction". Finally, the solution of the problem can be summarized to a series of algebraic equations and solved numerically by truncating the finite terms of the infinite algebraic equations.

采用"分区"与"契合"的方法，将整个求解区域分割成三部分，利用介质与衬砌结构在边界上的应力、位移的连续性，构造一个可以自动满足水平界面上应力边界条件的圆域对SH波散射的波函数；再利用这一波函数将圆域与半圆形凹陷半空间的"公共边界"进行"契合"，将问题简化成对一个只需满足'契合'边界条件的散射问题的求解；最终归结为对一组无穷代数方程组的求解问题，利用截断有限项的方法对其进行计算。

This paper discussed the coordinate transformation method of WGS84 coordinate system to 1954-BeiJing Gauss grid coordinate. Introduced transformation model of WGS84 to Beijing 54 and computing method of transformation parameter. According to different model and computing method, computed and compared with the result combine real data. Think that adopt base-line vector quantity ask four parameters model have higher transformation precision.

The present thesis adopts Iseult Honohan's six basic elements of republicanism as a theoretical framework for the study of Jefferson's conception of republicanism, which is the theoretical basis of his conception of the ward system:(1) Jefferson's conception of virtue, characterized by his optimism about the universality of the moral sense and the people's capacity of self-government;(2) Jefferson's conception of freedom, characterized by his synthesis of both negative liberty and positive liberty;(3) Jefferson's criterion of the republican government and the scope of the republic, characterized by his synthesis of both participation and representation;(4) Jefferson's conception of the shaping of republican citizens, characterized by the synthesis of school education and active participation in public affairs;(5) Jefferson's conception of the material preconditions of the republic, characterized by his primary concern for the economic independence and political freedom of both the individual and the nation.

Combined with the idea of \\\"grading district\\\" in Managing the Information of Exurb Safety and \\\"liability tied\\\" and taking into account of factors affecting exurb road safety, this paper analyzes in depth the basic functions and system design of safety management information system for Exurb Road. The system gets the functions such as management with different levels of exurb safety information, safety analysis, safety forecast and safety assessment. Furthermore, the system defines the responsibilities and duties related to the managers of exurb road safety and establishes an incentive mechanism for their assessment.

Hereby,the research tries to construct a macro frame of agriculture insurance development by the planning of law status ,organization system,governmentail subsidy manner,reinsurance system and disaster risk fund;hereon,a regional diversity strategy on the development of Chinese agriculture insurance is put forward after the regional diversity design for supervision mode,management dealing,insurance policy and other aspects. It probes into the sity-four-dollar question—the diversity of regional subsidy standard,mainly from the rate division of agriculture insurance and regional difference amont farmer's payment ability. Finally,the objective mode is established for developing political agriculture insurance at different regions.

据此，本研究探讨设计了中国农业保险的法律地位、组织体系、政策补贴方式、再保险制度和巨灾风险基金制度，并尝试构建了农业保险发展的宏观框架；在此基础上，提出了中国农业保险发展的区域差异化策略，分别从监管模式、经营行为、保险政策等方面进行了区域差异化设计，并重点从农民支付能力的区域差距和农业保险费率分区两个方面，探讨了区域农业保险差异化发展的关键问题——区域补贴标准的差异化，进而探索设计了各区域政策性农业保险发展的目标模式。

According to the four highway engineering geological subarea of the loess region, based on a great deal of indoor experiments and existing engineering data, the main physical and mechanical property index of each loess area were re-counted, and the district variational regulation of the loess physical and mechanical property were studied in order to get the characteristic parameter of the loess soil property index providing precious foundation data for the highway engineering construction of the loess region.

本文按照黄土地区的四个公路工程地质分区，以大量的室内试验和已有工程资料为基础，重新统计了各区黄土的主要物理力学性质指标，研究了黄土物理力学性质的区域变化规律，得出黄土土性指标的特征参数，为黄土地区的公路工程建设提供了宝贵的基础资料。

Based on analyzing the algorithms of Delaunay triangulation creation in domestic and abroad, in view of the situation of building DTM and the need of realizing railway 3D visual design, a divide-and-conquer algorithm to build DTM is presented, the algorithm use square grids to manage disordered points, to form triangular meshes in grids, DTM can be obtained by merging the triangular meshes, so that the work of sorting of the disordered points before building DTM is reduced greatly; moreover, the algorithm utilize subarea to control the vertices of convex hull so that the range which support points locate in can be predefined when searching support points, the workload of searching support points can be reduced and the speed of merging two triangulations is raised.
