Focal solution of muscle fiber,the aggregation of mitochondria around the nucleus,the increase of lipid droplet and lysosome in cyte,and the proliferation and differentiation of muscle satellite cell could be observed with an electron microscope.

结果］各项酶学检验无异常；组织学光镜下观察到竖脊肌纤维部分溶解变性，肌纤维肥大，少量炎性细胞浸润；电镜下观察到肌纤维灶状溶解，核周线粒体聚集，胞内脂滴、溶酶体增多，肌卫星细胞增殖分化。

In addition,to gether expression rate of bcl-2、p53 and p21 in the follow-up patient s (16 cases) was 50%(8/16).Conclusion:The results suggest that the occurrence of HCC has a close relation with the over expression and mutation of bcl-2、p53 a nd p21 gene proteins.There may be a joint action among these genes.Because the exp ression of bcl-2、p53 and p21 can reflect the differential and proliferative de grees of tumour cells,it can be used as the indicators in the diagnosis and pro gnosis of HCC.

研究结果提示：HCC的发生、发展与bcl-2、p53和p21 蛋白的异常表达或突变有关；bcl-2、p53和p21之间可能存在相互协同作用，对HCC的预后有一定的影响；bcl-2、p53和p21蛋白过度表达反应了HCC癌细胞的分化程度及增殖情况，因而可作为HCC诊断和预后的参考指标之一。

Objective:The aim of the experiment is to search for the regulation that the hepatic stem cells abnormally differentiate into cancer cells. In the experiment,the variating regulation of PCNA,c-kit and c-myc in the formation and development of HCC will be interpreted with immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR. So,the initial mechanism that hepatic stem cells abnormally differentiate into cancer cells from the levels of cell,protein and gene will be clarified. The last,the inhibition to HCC with ulinastain will be studied,from which,a new way of clinical prevention and treatment for HCC will expect to be explored.

二、目的本实验旨在探讨以卵圆细胞为代表的肝干细胞在HCC发生、发展过程中在肝组织内分布规律，并通过免疫组化、RT-PCR等技术阐明PCNA、c-kit、c-myc在HCC发生、发展过程中的动态演变规律，从细胞、蛋白、基因三个水平初步研究卵圆细胞向癌细胞异常分化的机制，同时观察乌司他丁对HCC发生、发展的抑制作用，为肝癌的临床预防和治疗探索新的途径。
