BACKGROUND: Lipopexia induced by glucocorticoid is fat precipitation in marrow due to abnormal lipometabolism, or differentiation of cells resulting from hormone-affected bone marrow mesenchymal cells.

The precise generating procedure remains unclear. OBJECTIVE: To investigate effects of various concentrations of dexamethasone on adipogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal cells.

Result］All of enzyme tests were normal.The author could observe the dissolved degeneration of part of sacrospinal muscle fibers,muscle fiber hypertrophy,and a small quantity of inflammatory cell infiltration with a light microscope.Focal solution of muscle fiber,the aggregation of mitochondria around the nucleus,the increase of lipid droplet and lysosome in cyte,and the proliferation and differentiation of muscle satellite cell could be observed with an electron microscope.

结果］各项酶学检验无异常；组织学光镜下观察到竖脊肌纤维部分溶解变性，肌纤维肥大，少量炎性细胞浸润；电镜下观察到肌纤维灶状溶解，核周线粒体聚集，胞内脂滴、溶酶体增多，肌卫星细胞增殖分化。

Research progress of anti-tumor mechanisms of ginsenoside Rh2（G-Rh2） extracted from ginseng was expounded,and the anti-tumor activity and mechanisms of G-Rh2 were discussed on regula-ting signal access system of tumor cells,reversing abnormal differentiation and tolerance of tumor cells,reducing telomerase activity of tumor cells,strengthening immunological ability,improving anti-tumor ability ,and interdicting synthesis and metabolism of tumor cellular important components etc.
