The physical model of polarizing beam coupling and splitting system using altazimuth coude telescope is built up based on Mueller matrix and Stokes vector. The phenomena of the decreasing of the receiving efficiency are successfully explained by this model. Three dynamic phase compensation solutions are proposed: 1 Two quarter-wave plates are rotated to compensate the phase of the laser.

针对这个问题，建立了地平式折轴望远镜的共孔径偏振耦合分光模型，用Stokes矢量和Mueller矩阵分析了在望远镜旋转过程中激光偏振态的变化，数值模拟计算了望远镜处于不同方位角和天顶角时的偏振耦合分光效率，解释了实验中观察到的望远镜旋转导致偏振耦合分光效率退化的现象。

To determine the condition of chromogenic reaction between iodine and amylum quantitatively, the author studied the law in the course of chromogenic reaction between iodine and amylum with the aid of spectrophotometer quantitatively, and found that maximum absorption wavelength is 610 nm, and the absorbance in the course of chromogenic reaction between iodine and amylum has not changed within 7 hours.

To evaluate the specificity of the PCR, genomic DNA of Theileria annulata,Babesia bovis,Toxoplasma gondii,Leishmania donovani and standard strain of N. caninum were used as a template in the PCR. For determining the detection limit of amplification procedure, PCR was run on a dilution series of genomic DNA from N. caninum（1.562 5-200 ng/ml）. Brain tissue samples of 32 aborted fetuses were detected by PCR-based assay, and 23 blood samples from mothers were tested by ELISA. Results The amplified DNA fragment （350 bp）had a high identity of 98% with the Nc-5 gene sequence of N.

以环形泰勒虫、牛巴贝斯虫、刚地弓形虫、杜氏利什曼原虫以及犬新孢子虫标准株DNA为模板进行扩增以验证PCR的特异性，采用紫外分光光度计测定犬新孢子虫标准株DNA浓度和纯度，取高纯度的DNA样品用灭菌水稀释，分别取不同量的DNA进行PCR扩增，确定PCR方法的敏感性；利用该方法对32份奶牛流产的胎牛脑组织样品进行检测，同时，对其中23份流产的母牛血样进行ELISA血清学检测，以评价犬新孢子虫PCR方法的检测效果。

The results showed that Kaidimycin was chemically neutral, macrocylic polylactones, stable and liable to dissolve into water and pyridine, slight to dissolve into methanol, ethanol and N-butanol, difficult to dissolve into ethyl acetate, acetone, benzene and chloroform. Chemical reaction of functional group of Kaidimycin showed that it had glycoside, amino acid and aldehyde, no reducing sugar, polypeptide and phenol.

凯地菌素属中等极性的、中性抗生素，极性纸层析结果与多烯类抗生素的纸层析结果相似：易溶于水、吡啶，微溶于甲醇、乙醇、正丁醇，不溶于乙酸乙酯、丙酮、苯、三氯化碳；对高温、光照和紫外处理有很好的稳定性；官能团反应试验结果发现，凯地菌素可能含有糖苷键、氨基酸伯氨基和醛基，不含有还原糖、多肽和酚基，高锰酸钾、浓硫酸反应与多烯大环内酯类抗生素的特性相似；并且依据纯品，采用生物法和分光光度法对摇床发酵液进行了效价的测定。
