The polysaccharose of mycelium of Grifola umbellate (PPS1) and the polysaccha rose of sclerotium of Grifola umbellate (PPS2) both were extracted by hot water leaching way, which were purified dispoing by Sevage way, determined the polysac charose content by 3,5-dinitro-salicylate way, and comparablly analysed infrared spectrum by Fourier transforming infrared spectrophotometer,which suggest that two kinds of polysaccharose were the similar infrared spectrum.

本试验通过人工液体浅层培养方式成功培养出猪苓菌丝体；经热水浸提法分别提取猪苓菌丝体多糖(PPS1)和猪苓菌核多糖(PPS2)；用Sevage法进行纯化处理；用3，5-二硝基水杨酸法测定其糖含量；用傅里叶变换红外分光光度计对两种多糖进行红外光谱比对分析，结果表明两者红外光谱相似。

The result indicates that the best method for extracting β-carotene is to saponify the test specimen one hour with 4% NaOH methyl alcohol solution in 60-70'c and then to separate with 3:7 acetone-benzine component solvent as extraction solvent, MgO as the absorbent, the acetone-benzine as the eluent. Extracted solvent has been determined in the color dish condition (1cm) by ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 447 nm. The result shows that the β-carotene in carrotis 0.134 mgg^(-1), 0.0863mgg^(-1) in red pepper and 0.0426 mgg^(-1) in spinach.

结果表明，比较优先的β-胡萝卜素提取方法是：试样用4% NaOH甲醇溶液在60℃~70℃皂化1h，用3：7的丙酮－石油醚混合溶剂提取，以Mgo为吸附剂，丙酮－石油醚为洗脱剂分离，提取液用紫外分光光度计在波长447nm，1cm比色皿条件下测定，得出蔬菜中β-胡萝卜素含量：胡萝卜为0.134mgg^(-1)，红椒为0.0863mgg^(-1)，菠菜为0.426mgg^(-1)。

After spraying the fermentation supernatant of endophytic actinomycetes GKSHJA and PR1-8, the impact of the endophytic actinomycetes against Sphaerotheca fuliginea histomorphology were tested by the differential interference, and the enzyme activity of POD, SOD, PAL on cucumber leaf treated by spraying endophytic actinomycetes were tested by the spectrophotometer.
