The drying process of chrome liquor was studied. The structure and property of chrome complex reducing by alcohol were analysed and tokened by many present well-rounded separation and analysis methods such as IR, UV-Vis Spectrum, IEC and pH potentiometry. Application tests of chrome tanning agents were conducted and tanning methods of tanning at high pH were studied. A systematic study was conducted on high alkalinity chrome tanning agents application in leather making process and possibility of clean chrome tanning was discussed.

本文系统地研究了多种小分子醇与重铬酸盐之间的氧化-还原反应，对反应过程进行了认真的剖析；对铬鞣液的干燥过程进行了研究；用红外光谱法、紫外及可见分光光度法、离子色谱法以及pH电位滴定法等多种比较成熟的现代分离分析方法相结合，对醇还原铬配合物的结构与性能进行了分析与表征；对铬鞣剂的鞣革性能进行了应用实验，研究了醇铬鞣剂在高pH值下的鞣制方法，并就高碱度铬鞣剂在制革过程中的应用进行了系统研究，探讨了用其实施清洁化铬鞣的可能性。

The level of PGE was assayed by spectrophotometer; Meanwhile, 3H-TdR incorporation method was used to detect ConA- and LPS- induced splenocytes proliferation and the production of interleukin-1 and IL-2. The content of antibodies to CII was determined by ELISA method. Pathological examination of articulus tissue was observed by Hematoxylin-eosin stain.

The comparison analysis of nitrate nitrogen determination is conducted with the same standard solution and natural water samples by two methods of spectrophotometric method with phenol disulfonic acid and ultraviolet spectrophotometer.

The antifungal activities of these materials were investigated and build foundation to develop low poison plant antifungal products. In experiment, polyphenols were extracted by reflux ectraction method which applyed petroleum ether to degrease and methyl alcohol solvent. Phenolic hydroxyl were examined and inspected by colour-developing reaction and the content of total polyphenols was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. Screening test were performed to the antifungal activities of polyphenol extraction by the tube dilution method to the selected ten pathogenic fungus such as Dothiorella gregaria, Rhizoctonia solani, Phyllosticta pirina, and the minimal inhibitory concentration were measured. The column chromatography and thin layer chromatography were applyed to separate and analyse cortex extracts of Dracaena cochinchinensi Lour.

实验部分采用以石油醚脱脂，甲醇为溶剂的回流提取法来提取植物多酚，用显色反应检识酚羟基；采用紫外分光光度法对多酚粗体物进行总多酚含量的测定；选取了聚生小穴壳菌、立枯丝核菌、梨叶点霉等10株常见农林业致病真菌，采用试管液基稀释法对多酚粗提取物进行了抗真菌活性筛选试验，并测定其最低抑菌浓度；采用柱层析法和薄层层析法对其中抑菌效果较好的龙血竭进行分离分析，根据其中3种化合物的光谱数据UV、IR、~(13C-NMR、1H-NMR和MS鉴定其结构。

用碘量法测定废水中的硫化物，可能因无法消除干扰而使测定结果存在较大误差；对于同一废水样品，当碘量法和亚甲基蓝分光光度法的测定结果存在显著性差异时，可用Pb2半定量法进行判定；对于某些化纤企业的废水，用氢氧化钾-乙醇溶液洗涤沉淀，可消除碘量法测定的干扰。
