ChapterⅠintroduces the intention, significance and methods of the research from the angle of Chinese historical phonetics. Following the course of re-examining materials, ChapterⅡsurveys the pattern of rhyme, excerpting the metrical feet, ChapterⅢconnects the rhyme categories, the rhyme of different systems contacting with each other, and literary reading and colloquial reading. ChapterⅣcompares the rhyme cateories of traditional Hua-gu opera in Changsha with traditional rhyme tablesd, as well as those of traditional Hua-gu opera in Shaoyang. The total study is conducted to become united with dialect. ChapterⅤcontains the surplus discussion with three theories: the rhyming quality, the connection between rhyme categories and oral speech, between those of literary readings in traditional Hua-gu opera.

本文正文分为五章：第一章从音韵学角度，讨论了花鼓戏用韵研究的背景、意义以及研究方法；接着谨遵韵脚字系联法的步骤，第二章侧重材料分析，包括甄别材料、审度韵例、摘录韵字，第三章侧重韵部系统，包括归纳韵部、异部相押以及文白异读的情况；第四章对传统剧目的韵部系统进行了纵横(与邵阳传统花鼓戏韵部系统的比较)两条线的考察，结合方言是纵横考察过程中的重要环节；第五章是余论部分，主要讨论了三个理论性问题：长沙传统花鼓戏押韵的性质、韵部与实际语音的关系以及与长沙读书音的关系。

To be brief, the English romanticism on the one hand further pushes ahead the project of modernity in the artistic or aesthetic field, but on the other hand it also launches a vehement aesthetic critique of modernity, thus resulting in the birth of aesthetic modernity; the Chinese romantic movement represented by the Creation Society is characterized by a different Janus'face: like English romanticism, it is a significant artistic articulation of the principle of subjectivity (which is the kernel of modernity) in its initial stage, yet influenced by the interaction of individual enlightenment and the national salvation, a pair of conflicting themes typical of China's modernity project, the Creation Society gradually turns to the left and consequently not only radically politicizes its romantic spirit but also ironically suppresses the search of modernity.

简言之，英国浪漫主义思潮一方面在艺术和审美领域内进一步推进了现代性工程，而另一方面又反戈一击，对现代性工程进行了猛烈的审美批判，从而催生了现代性之另一对立性形态——审美现代性的最早萌芽，并因此而造成了现代性的分裂；以创造社为代表性个案的五四新文学中的浪漫主义思潮在中国的现代性语境下则又呈现出另一种两面性：一方面，创造社的初期也象英国浪漫派一样，通过在艺术和审美领域内竭力弘扬现代性的主体性原则，从而积极地推进了新文化运动所致力构建的现代性工程，但另一方面，个体启蒙和民族救亡两大中国现代性主题的纠结使得创造社在后期逐渐将其前期的启蒙浪漫主义进行了民族主义化和意识形态化，从而放弃了对现代性作更深入的追求。本文在结构上总共分为八章三部分。

Chapter three:"The development and present situation of delisting system in our country's securities bussiness'Un this section, the necessity of establishing and consummating the delisting system is discussed and refer to some regulations of Company Law, Securities Law and the rivision process of "Measures for listing suspension and prohibition of loss-making listed company", the text analyses the changing characters of the stock market and the necessity of revision of the "Listing regulations of the stock"which is used in the Shenzheng and Shanghai securities exchange concourses and devides the development process of our delisting system into several sections with pointing out the influence to the stock market which is produced by relative regulations."

第三章为&我国证券市场退市制度的发展历程及现状&，本部分首先论述了我国建立和完善证券市场退市制度的必要性，并从我国《公司法》及《证券法》中有关退市的规定入手，通过对《亏损上市公司暂停上市和终止上市实施办法》前后几次的修订过程，分析了我国实施&退市令&前后证券市场的变化特征以及深沪两个交易所修订《股票上市规则》的必要性，将我国退市制度的发展过程分为几个阶段，列示了制度中的有关规定及对证券市场的影响。
