When Sinlaku hit Taiwan during September 12-15, 2008, the extremely torrential rain made Hou-Fong Bridge, located in downstream of Shi-Gang Dam, broken at around 6:50 p.m. on September 14, 2008. In this study, the case was applied to investigate the factors which resulted in the typhoon flood scour disaster and the disaster prevention mechanism, including the general scour of upstream and downstream river banks, the riverhead erosion and constriction scour, the free fall of broad-crested weir effect caused by water-pipe protection engineering, the disaster prevention and response of the bridge care and management unit, and the examination, timing and procedure of bridge block.

中文摘要本研究系以97年9月12日至15日强烈台风辛乐克侵袭台湾期间，所降下的超大豪雨造成位在大甲溪石冈坝下游后丰大桥於9月14日下午6点50分左右发生断桥事件为例，探讨台洪冲刷灾害成因与防灾应变机制，包含上下游河道之一般冲刷、河道向源侵蚀与束缩冲刷及位於桥梁上游约20公尺处之自来水干管保护工所产生宽顶堰跌水效应等影响，并检讨桥梁养护管理单位於断桥发生前防灾应变处置方式及台洪期间之巡查检测、封桥时机与封桥作业流程等等相关因应作为。

The results show that, during the period of collision between the sand grain and the sand bed, the lost kinetic energy is more than half of the total energy. Moreover, because the percentage of collision angles with more than 0° is up to 70％, the vertical speed of sand increases even if the kinetic energy decreases, which ensures that the sand particles can receive more energy from the air to keep on the saltation movement.

实验结果表明，沙粒与沙床碰撞过程中损失的动能超过总能量的一半，且由于碰撞平面角大于0°的比例达到70％，即使沙粒在碰撞过程中能量有所损失，沙粒与沙床碰撞后垂直分速度增加的现象仍比较普遍，使得沙粒在与气流相互作用的过程中获取更多的能量，从而为沙粒的持续跃移提供了保证。

Chapter Five An analysis on the narration methods from the angles of women'slanguage and discourse is presented.women's language representswomen's constrained and disseminated state of existence,and thus analysisand examination on women's language is made through the following fiveaspects:1constrained and evasive language;2struggling language in thediary-style novels;3communicative language in the letter-style novels;4caring and revealing language in the autobiography novels;and 5satiricallanguage that insert in the slight crack.

但笔者更多着眼于现代女性小说中的女性语言反映女性被压抑和异化的生存状态。进入现代社会，尽管女性获得了话语的权利，但女性的语言和话语方式很难冲出她们的生存牢笼。本文中的"女性语言"不仅成为展开叙述的基本因素，更重要的是在现代女性小说中，它呈现出女性的话语方式与现实之间的两难困境。在这种基本前提之下，本文分五个部分来分析现代女性小说中的女性语言，从而比较中韩女性小说的叙述方式：一、禁闭与躲避的语言；二、日记体小说中挣扎的语言；三、书信体小说中沟通的语言；四、自传体小说的关怀与审视的语言；五、穿行于裂隙之间的讽刺语言。

The major implementations of the developed model include: Pseudo-spectral and finite-difference schemes are employed to approximate the spatial-differential operators in the horizontal and vertical directions, respectively. A second-order Runge-Kutta method is adopted to integrate in time for the velocity field and the free-surface elevation. The solenoidal condition of the velocity field is satisfied by solving the transformed pressure Poisson equation. A modified secant method is used to accelerate the iterative solution of the non-separable Poisson equation.

This article then takes the 2002 survey data of the elections for city mayor and councilors of Kaohsiung as an example to study voter's split-ticket voting. In particular, owing to peculiar party system in Taiwan, it examines voter's split ticket voting based on individual party and the "pan-blue vs. pan-green" party coalition. It points out that, in Kaohsiung, party coalition model performs better in explaining voter's behavior than the traditional party label. Also, this case study shows that the direction of party identification, the strength of party identification, and voter's past voting patterns are significant for voter's split-ticket voting in both party coalitions. The significances of other factors, such as voter's age, voter's provincial origins, sense of check-and-balance are different when they are applying to different party coalitions.

本文第二部分则以2002年高雄市长与市议员选举为例，探讨选民分裂投票的成因，文中特别强调因应台湾现存政党体系的特性，尝试在传统以个别政党差异研究选民分烈投票的方式之外，再以「泛蓝」与「泛绿」两类政党联盟方式进行研究，并指出后者在本个案中具有较高的适用性，同时，研究结果也显示选民的政党认同强度、方向与过去投票习性，是解释选民分裂投票行为的重要因素，其余相关因素，如年龄、省籍、制衡观念等，对不同政党联盟之持者之分裂投票行为有不同的影响力。

This invention relates to a cascade multiple zero-type matrix rectifier, in which, a general input filter is connected between a net and a step-down transformer to get sine-wave input current, the step-down transformer includes n secondary windings with Yn spliced mid lines, the phase of all the three-phase windings is the same, the rectifier array is arrayed in a 1 row x n lines by n zero-matrix rectifier units, each line of which is connected with the seconday winding of the step-down transfornmer, and the outputs of the rectifier units are serial orderly to form a DC output, the general controller is responsible for regulating work of the entire system and connected with the branch controllers by signal cables to control the work of the rectifier units in the array.

In the end, transportation of PAHs in the environmental matrix was preliminarily investigated and discussed according to PAHs data of soils and sediments from a certain region in Shanghai. The result indicated that there are two or more pathways on PAHs transportation in the environmental matrix.
