The main research results in this dissertation can be given as following:Firstly, the bidding strategies and affections of generation companies on the TOU power price are analyzed; Supply function model is employed to simulate the bidding strategies of generation companies in power pool. Some meaningful results are obtained through the proposed equilibrium equations model, when different bidding parameters are selected to maximize profit of suppliers, such as the the numeral of generation company, the block bidding, and power demand elasticity. Based on these results, the affections between the bidding strategies and the TOU power price are discussed.Secondly, the important principles consider the factor of bidding strategies of generation companies and consumers gaming strategies are proposed to constitute the new TOU power price model under present electricity market. Based on these pricinples a new mathematical model of TOU power price is constructed, to evade electricity market risk, partition the peak-valley, ascertain the consumers' response curve, and protect the ambilateral profits.Thirdly, the affections of the TOU power price strategies for reducing the network loss, adjusting node voltage, improving load curve of power system, and protecting the consumers' benefits in electricity market are analyzed with applications of a city real time load data of Jiangsu province.

针对"厂网分开，竞价上网"的电力市场运营模式，本文主要完成了以下研究工作：1研究了发电商不同的竞价上网策略，利用供给函数均衡方法，建立了发电商的竞价上网策略模型，给出了市场均衡解的具体解法；讨论了不同条件下发电商的竞价策略对市场的影响，并获得了发电商的最优上网竞价策略，明确了竞价上网与峰谷分时电价之间的影响因素；利用电力系统负荷曲线，建立了发电商最优竞价策略与峰谷分时电价之间的相互联系，通过仿真算例分析了峰谷分时电价与发电商最优报价之间的相互影响。2提出了"厂网分开，竞价上网"电力市场模式下，考虑发电侧竞价和用户侧博弈等风险因素影响，峰谷分时电价理论建模在规避电网企业运营风险，保护供电方与用户双方的利益、确定用户响应曲线、划分峰谷时段、设置合理的电价拉开比等方面所应遵循的基本原则，在此基础上建立了适合电力市场模式的峰谷分时电价模型。3从原理上分析了需求侧实行峰谷分时电价策略，对削峰填谷，提高负荷率，改善负荷曲线形状，降低电力系统的电能损耗和电压损耗等方面的影响，并进行了仿真验证。

In this research a new mathematical model - cubic polynom with two given derivatives at end points - was proposed which can good match the S-shpae curve.This model has a number of analytical features:describing the geographic phinomena prosesses in three hierarchies (textural fractal,structural fractal and state fractal); the boundary values of the structural fractal can be considered as the boundary values of interval of scaleless.

The present situation in flood-control and waterlog-drain are analyzed, and the present problems are pointed out.2 The causes and characteristics of the floods in Linyi are summarized, and the flood-control project and the waterlog-drain system in Linyi are also introduced.3 On the basis of summarizing the reconnaissance data of engineering geology, the engineering geology conditions of flood-control projects in the city of Linyi are studied, including the floodway project ,the hinge project, the Ge-Jiu Road Bridge project, the No.327 national highway road bridge project, the E-Huang Road Bridge project, and the Xiaogezhuang's chief inverted siphon project in the project of "Bifurcating the Su River to the Beng River".4 Seepage FEM analyses are carried out on the flood-control projects of Yi River, Beng River and Xiaosu River, respectively.

总结了临沂市洪灾成因及洪水特性，介绍了临沂市城市防洪工程和排涝工程。 3、在综合工程地质勘察资料基础上，分析了临沂市城市防洪工程的工程地质条件，包括："分涑入祊"分洪道工程地质条件分析、"分涑入祊"枢纽工程地质条件分析、"分涑入祊"葛九公路桥工程地质条件分析、"分涑入祊"327国道公路桥工程地质条件分析、"分涑入祊"鹅黄公路桥工程地质条件分析、"分涑入祊"小葛庄总干倒虹吸工程地质条件分析。

Finally, the calculation process of CGR graphic's multi-fractal analysis was studied. the scope of choice of the weight factor and the scale invariance range were discussed, the weight factor can be chosen as ? 15≤q≤50; multi-fractal spectrum and generalized dimension of different sequence were calculated, multi-fractal spectrum and generalized dimension in different scales of different sequences were compared, it was found that multi-fractal spectrum and generalized dimension can show different levels of fractal characteristics of CGR graphics of DNA sequence, which can distinguish more complex structure of sequences.

最后，研究了DNA序列CGR图形的多重分形的计算过程，讨论了权重因子及满足标度不变性的范围选择等问题，得到结论：对CGR图形进行多重分形时权重因子可以选择为-15≤q≤50；计算了不同序列的多重分形谱和广义维数，比较了不同序列不同尺度的多重分形谱和广义维数，发现多重分形谱和广义维数能够表现DNA序列CGR图形的不同层次的分形特征，能够区分更复杂的序列结构。

RESULTS:①Among 208 patients,aged from 24 to 83 years,the MMPI results showed that there were 40.9%of the cases for hypochondriasis,72.6%for depression,38.5%for hysteria and 17.8%for psychopathic devite;50%with the score of masculinity femininity≥60,but≤70;42.8%and 54.8%with the scores of both paranoia and psychasthenia≥70,76.9%for schizophrenia,17.8%for hypomania;Only 3.3%(7 women) and 58.6%for social introversion with the scores ≥70 and ≥60 respectively.

结果：①208例年龄为24～83岁乳腺癌妇女，MMPI测量结果高于70分的临床量表：疑病为40.9%，抑郁为72.6%，癔症为38.5%，偏执为17.8%；男女性能度高于60分占50.0%，但都低于70分；妄想和精神衰弱分别有42.8%和54.8%高于70分，精神分裂为76.9%，躁狂为17.8%，而7例(3.4%)社会内向高于70分，58.6%高于60分。

Based on investigating the short and intermittent structural plane, surrounding rockmass of the huge underground powerhouse in Three Gorge has been divided into five statistical similar areas according to its characteristic of rockmass structure by applying structure plane network simulation. Distributed characteristic of structural plane has been studied and based on it mechanics macrocharacteristic has been studied:(1) It is the first time that based on the result of structural plane network simulation rockmass quality of every structure area has been studied with applying blurred information optimum seeking technique and be compared with and RQD method. The result indicated that it has better effect to evaluate rock quality with blurred information optimum seeking technique.(2) It is the first time that the interrelated relationship of the result of in-suit rockmass deformation test and fractal characteristic of structure on test point has been applied to determine rockmass deformation parameter. The question of evaluating deformation parameters of engineering rockmass has been solved.(3) Anisotropy strength parameters have been determined by applying shear zones simulating method. The result indicated that there are different strength parameters in every structural area, after comparing the result of Fast Lagranian Analysis in continua number simulation method with that of method of weighted mean according to continuity. The result indicated that when a suitable reduction coefficient is been considered rockmass strength parameters can be simply and fast determined with method of weighted mean according to continuity where there is not enough test result.(4) Damage characteristic has been studied based on analysis fractal characteristic of structural plane network by applying fractal-damage coupling method. It is the first time that the concept of damage degree has been set up to evaluate rockmass quality according to the biggest principal damage.

通过对短小、断续性结构面统计特征的研究，将地下厂房区划分为五个岩体结构统计均质区，应用结构面网络模拟技术研究了各个岩体结构均质区结构面的发育分布特征，并以此为基础对岩体宏观力学特性进行了深入研究：(1)首次通过在结构面网络模拟计算结果的基础上，应用模糊信息优化技术研究了厂房区各个岩体结构分区的岩体质量并与岩体基本质量指标研究法、岩体质量指标RQD值研究法作了对比，结果表明以结构面网络模拟结果为基础，应用模糊信息优化技术进行岩体质量评价能够取得很好的效果，解决了工程岩体质量的定量评价问题；(2)首次通过对已有的现场大型岩体变形试验结果的分析及相应试验点岩体结构分形特征的研究，建立了结构面分布的分形维数和岩体变形指标间的相关关系，并首次应用这种相关关系根据结构面网络模拟及分形维数计算结果确定了缺少试验结果的地下厂房各工程部位的岩体变形指标而且应用于围岩稳定性计算，解决了工程岩体宏观变形参数的评价问题；(3)应用在结构面模拟网络图上模拟岩体剪切破坏带的方法，得出了岩体在不同方向上的强度参数，结果表明岩体的强度特性与结构面的发育方向和程度有着明显的关系，各个岩体结构均质区具有不同的强度参数；同时还通过应用拉格朗日差分法对岩体强度指标的数值分析并与按连通率加权平均计算法对比表明，按连通率加权平均计算法在考虑合理的折减系数情况下，可以简单快速地对缺少现场大型试验结果的具体工程部位实现岩体强度指标的估计，通过以上研究解决了工程岩体抗剪强度参数的评价问题；(4)通过结构面网络分形维数的研究，应用分形损伤耦合分析方法，研究了厂房区岩体的损伤特征，并首次引入"损伤度"的概念，建立了应用最大主损伤评价岩体质量的指标体系。

This article used the method of the Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis to research on the correlation dependence of the league tournament rank to the physical shape and the technical statistics during 2005-2006 CBA regular season. It has beenshown that physical shape has less correlation with and percentage of shots of three-pointers, percentage of shots of penalty, losing point, rebound of the back field and the turnovers have most correlation with league tournament rank. The major factors that determine the amount of net scores in games the percentage of shots of three-pointers by better teams may have greater effects in the league tournament rank.

采用Spearman等级相关系数分析法，对2005-2006赛季CBA常规赛各队身体形态指标和技术统计指标与联赛名次的相关关系进行了研究，分析结果显示：CBA身体形态指标与常规赛的名次之间没有较高的相关性；CBA常规技术统计中3分命中率、罚球命中率、失分、后场篮板球、失误对比赛的名次影响具有显著性；常规赛23项技术指标中总投篮命中率、3分投篮命中率和3分投篮命中次数是决定比赛净胜分多少的主要因素，且水平越高的球队3分投篮命中率对比赛净胜分的影响越大。

Experiments show that rhomb partitioning is more powerful in suppressing block artifacts than square partitioning, results in much higher reconstructed image quality, but takes longer encoding time; 2 For solving exhausting encoding problem of fractal image coding, we present a fast rhomb-partitioning fractal image coding based on neighbor-searching; we present a fast rhomb-partitioning fractal image coding based on block classification; we present a fast square-partitioning fractal image coding based on neighbor-searching, block classification and wavelet transform.

2针对分形图象压缩编码过程非常耗时的致命弱点，提出了基于邻域搜索的菱形块分割的快速分形图象压缩编码方法，提出了基于块分类的菱形块分割的快速分形图象压缩编码方法，提出了基于邻域搜索·块分类和小波变换的方块分割的快速分形图象压缩编码方法，实验结果表明，我们提出的快速分形图象压缩编码与传统的分形图象压缩编码相比，编码速度提高了近40倍。
