通过对 93ZT - 5 0 0型滚筒式铡草机的设计研究，分析了滑切角、定刀配置高度、定刀刃角对铡草机性能的影响，并对机构设计进行了探讨，试验结果为：动刀的螺旋角为 2 0°；滚筒中心高于定刀 2 0mm ；抛送风机叶片线速度 13.6m/s ；开刃定刀比矩形定刀的功率消耗低 17.5 %；安全防护装置采用牙嵌式安全离合器；研究结果对滚筒式铡草机的设计和应用具有一定的参考价值

objective to explore the best method of nursing in laparoscopic operation of subtotal hysterectomy with pk scapel.methods ninety seven patients under going operation of laparoscopic subtotal hysterectomy with pk scapel were slected.the bleeding volume,operation time and methods of nursing including machine check,proceeding and maintenance of instruments.results bleeding volume was lessened significantly and good nursing during operation can improve safety and success rate of losh.conclusion good nursing with well knowledge of pk scapel,accurate proceeding and sterilization and skilled cooperation plays a key role in assurance of the success of losh.

摘 要］目的：探讨在腹腔镜下使用pk刀行子宫次全切除术配合的方法。方法：对97例使用pk刀在腹腔镜下行子宫次全切除术配合进行总结，主要是检查测试仪器功能，按操作程序密切配合手术，术后正确彻底的清洗、保养、消毒与灭菌。结果：在腹腔镜下应用pk刀切除子宫，出血量明显减少，组织损伤小，97例的手术中除1例粘连严重中转开腹外，其余手术均顺利完成，无并发症发生。结论：护士加强对pk刀的应用学习，正确掌握操作规程和灭菌方法，以及娴熟的腹腔镜配合技术是手术顺利进行的有力保证。［关键词］腹腔镜；pk刀；子宫次全切除术；护理配合

Based on the relevant movement between hard shaper cutter and grinding wheel, the movements of grinding wheel are studied. The shaping grinding point and the shaping grinding edge are made up with. In order to easily compare when shaping errors and cutting edge"s angles are the most excellent, uniform expressions for convex curved rake face of hard shaping cutter and spatial cutting edge curve are separately developed. The distributions of new profiling cutter"s shaping errors and cutting edges angles are analyzed. The relevant grinding wheel and cam are designed. Due to this paper, a new profiling hard shaping cutter has been manufactured successfully. At last experiments are made to test the performance of hard shaping cutter and all kinds of precision of hard gear.

本文直接从插齿刀与砂轮之间的相对运动关系出发，单独研究砂轮的运动，提出砂轮成形磨削点和砂轮成形磨削刃的概念；分别建立圆柱砂轮和圆锥砂轮磨削后硬齿面插齿刀的波形前刀面方程及空间切削刃方程；为便于比较何种情况下插齿刀的构形误差和切削角度能同时达到最优，分别对磨削五种不同硬齿面插齿刀所用的砂轮进行了廓形设计，并分析了插齿刀的构形误差和侧切削刃切削角度的分布规律；为插齿刀波形前刀面的磨削加工设计了相应的凸轮，用所设计的凸轮和近似的砂轮成功地制造出新构形法硬齿面插齿刀；最后进行插齿加工试验，检验新构形法硬齿面插齿刀的抗崩刃能力、耐磨性及被加工硬齿面齿轮的各项精度。

The new shredding mechanism is in installs a cylinder knife under the horizontal-type stripper roller, there is a cut knife at the front of the cylinder knife, after the corn stem enters the gap between stripper roller, is cut off by the knife .When the stripper roller is working, it picking the corn cob, at the same time it take the corn stem into the cylinder knife, the corn stem is cut off by the knife, then the corn stem that has been cut off is thrown out by the cylinder knife.

新装置基于背负式穗茎兼收玉米联合收获机设计，原理是在每对卧式摘穗辊的下方安装一个滚筒刀，在滚筒刀的前端安装有割断刀，当玉米茎杆进入摘穗辊间隙后被割断刀打断，摘穗辊进行摘穗工作的同时将已被打断的玉米茎杆喂入到滚筒刀中切碎，切碎后的茎杆被滚筒刀抛送到茎杆收集装置中。
