In the process of optimization design using ANSYS, the Optimized circulation may be intermitted because of some problems in modeling, Meshing, selecting design variables, state variables and objective functions, and optimized method.

应用ANSYS软件进行优化设计过程中，从几何建模、网格剖分到选择设计变量、状态变量、目标函数和优化算法，都可能会出现问题甚至导致循环中断。

Through adding new state variable and using supplement functions,the problem with restriction conditions was converted into nonrestriction problem.

通过增加新的状态变量和用补偿函数法，将本课题的有约束条件问题化为无约束条件问题，并提出了最优步长参数的动态搜索法来修改传统的梯度法，从而较完善地解决了多变量最优周期控制的计算问题。

Through adding new state variable and using supplement functions,the problem with restriction conditions was converted into nonrestriction problem.In addition,the dynamic searching method of optimal step coefficient was developed to modify the conventional gradient method,consequently the calculation problem of the multivariable optimal periodic control was able to be resolved better.

The damage represents complex mechanism. In this research based on T300/HT3 laminate structure, fatigue life is predicted phenomenologically, dealing mainly with in-plane stresses without accounting for out-of-plane failures such as craze. Fatigue modulus, based on damage mechanics, is used as a physical parameter which helps to describe the basic fatigue behaviors of unidirectional laminates and obtain expressions for cumulative damages defined by strains and stress. Based on some typical fatigue test data for unidirectional composite laminates, residual modulus sequence is found out.

本文以T300/HT3复合材料层压结构为研究对象，从唯象的观点出发，以损伤力学为基础构造损伤函数，考虑了剩余刚度和应变比率对复合材料的疲劳性能的影响，以这些变化着的机械性能作为损伤变量，建立了复合材料的疲劳损伤模型，基于层压板拉—拉疲劳试验数据，拟合出损伤模型中的参数，从而得到层压板拉—拉疲劳损伤变化规律，并建立损伤变量与内部损伤及疲劳寿命的联系，从而预测常幅应力作用下疲劳寿命。

So, some research on plane steering six-bar linkage has been done in this project as follows: based on the condition equation of correct steering and the equations of two closed loop of steering mechanism, a set of three equations in three variables can be obtained after a variable is expurgated with the elimination method.

According to heat flux potential function and zero-dimensional thermal model, the cusp Catastrophe model is established and the ignition property is discussed. The cusp Catastrophe model, which considers furnace temperature as state parameter and airflow flux and air temperature as controlling parameter, can explain ignition and unsteady phenomenon well.
