Abstract］ objective to analyse kawasaki disease' s clinical characteristic to improve the cognition and cure kawasaki disease.methods 52 kawasaki disease's clinical data from 1996 to 2005 in our hospital were reviewed.results in the 52 examples,34 were males,18 were females,the proportion was 1.89∶1.patients in 1～5 years old,took up 68.35%.symptom was pyrexia for over 5 days,antibiotic cure was useless.in the whole 52 examples,50 were exanthem,44 were eye conjunctiva congestion,50 lip bleeding with evaporation and dehiscence,46 myrica tongue,44 apyetous lympha denectasis in the neck area of the body,42 hand and foot-tip stiff swell,48 membrane peeling from hand foot-tip and the skin around anus after two weeks,12 cadiovascular expansion.

分析川崎病的临床特征以提高对川崎病的认识及治疗。方法回顾性分析1996～2005年我院收治符合川崎病标准的52例川崎病临床资料。结果 52例川崎病患儿中男34例、女18例，男女比例为1.89∶1。患儿年龄多在1～5岁，大约占68.35%。症状均为发热5天以上，抗生素治疗无效，其中皮疹50例，眼结膜充血44例，口唇干裂出血50例，杨梅舌46例，颈部非化脓性淋巴结肿大44例，手足末梢硬肿42例，2周后手足末梢及肛周皮肤膜状脱屑48例，冠状动脉扩张12例。

Results and Conclusions The main factors influencing the treatment effect of PHC in China are the followings:(1) Most patients with PHC of subclinical type failed to be diagnosed and treatment in time.(2) As a wrong idea PHC has been considered an "uncurable disease", so the treatment strategy is nagative.(3) Unsuitable choice of treatment resulted in some PHC unable to be resected.(4) Intraoperative massive bleeding due to unskill-operative techniques, increase the postoperative morbidity and mortality.(5) The manner of treatment is not positive for PHC patients with portal cancer thrombosis, bile duct cancer hteombosis and portal hyperlension.(6) Combined therapy can not be used or unsuitably used.

结果与结论影响我国PHC治疗效果的主要因素有：(1)诊断不及时，致使大多数亚临床期病人未及时确诊，丧失了手术良机；(2)观念陈旧，认为肝癌是&不治之症&，治疗态度消极；(3)治疗方法选择不当，使一些本来可以切除的PHC病人错过了手术时机；(4)手术医生技术不熟练，术中出血多，增加了手术后并发症和死亡率；(5)对PHC合并门静脉癌栓，胆管癌栓，门静脉高压症等合并症缺乏积极治疗态度；(6)不重视或不合理应用综合治疗措施等。

ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic effect of sandostatin for rebleeding of esophageal varicosis treated by endoscopic varical band ligation. Methods 82 patients with cirrhosis after hepatitis B complicated with esophageal variceal bleeding were divided into EVL group and EVL group + sandostatin group. The therapeutic effects of the two methods were compared for esophageal varicosis.

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of autotransfusion in therapy in hemorrhagic shock with ectopic pregnancies by abdominoscope.Methods We choice forty-two ectopic pregnancies or corpus luteum rupture with hemorrhagic shock into two sets: haematomas of ectopic pregnancies and corpus luteum rupture had been scavenged and haemostasised in laparoscopic approaching;And the others using AutologTM Autotransfusion System in the same time.The blood was collected from operative area and celom,and transfused back to the patiants after the same treatment.

目的 研究自体血液回输在腹腔镜下宫外孕失血性休克治疗中的安全性和效果方法选择42例宫外孕或黄体破裂，失血性休克患者行腹腔镜探查，血肿清除并止血术，随机分成两组：组腹腔镜下直接清除血肿；另外一组在腹腔镜下清除血肿时，应用AutologTM Autotransfusion System，收集手术野和体腔内的出血、积血，处理后回输给患者。
