出血

Hematochezia is the dramatic manifestation of bleeding. Urgent colonoscopy in an opportune moment is the most effective first test to detect the cause and the site of the bleeding and it can provide the therapeutic opportunity under endoscopy to stop bleeding in some patients.

适时行紧急肠镜检查是明确出血病因、出血来源的首选、有效方法，部分病例尚可配合止血等内镜下治疗，术中肠镜检查有利于剖腹探查时寻找出血部位。

Results There were 22 lacunar infarction cases, 1 case large area infarction, and 8 cases with small bleeding in the thalamus, 1 case with large bleeding in the basal ganglia of 9 cases intracerebral hemorrhage. Hemichorea appeared in 27 cases within 24 hours, 5 cases within 1 week. All received aloperidin, the symptom disappeared in27 cases（84.4%）.

结果 32例偏侧舞蹈症病例中脑梗死23例(腔隙性脑梗死22例，大面积脑梗死1例)，脑出血9例(丘脑少量出血8例，基底节区大量出血1例)；脑卒中后24h与1周内出现偏侧舞蹈症症状分别为27例和5例；应用氟哌啶醇治疗后症状消失27例。

There were no significant differences in bleeding events, defined as symptomatic intracerebral hemorrhage, hemopericardium, or other systemic bleeding resulting in hemodynamic instability or blood transfusions.

Results:Among the 186 cases, 112 cases were laryngeal carcinoma, 72 cases were hypopharyngeal carcinoma.

Results: Most of these patients had obvious symptom in the initial stage: symptomatic anemia 36 cases (76.6%), infection 7 cases(14.9%), bleeding (behaving mucocutaneous hemorrhage) 9 cases(19.1%). 19 cases(40.4%) were been found accompanied with other diseases, and 89.5% of them were elderly patients.

结果：本组47 例MDS 患者中以首发症状就诊者分别为：贫血(表现为头晕、心慌和乏力)36 例(76.6%)，感染7 例(14.9%)，出血倾向(齿龈出血、皮肤黏膜出血)9 例(19.1%)。19 例(40.4%)有不同的伴发疾病，其中89.5%为60 岁以上的老年人。
