结果 63例均在腹腔镜下完成手术，其中子宫浆膜下肌瘤36例，肌壁间肌瘤18例，阔韧带肌瘤9例，多发肌瘤16例，最大直径12cm，平均直径(7.9±1.6)cm，手术时间35~240min，平均时间(88±53)min，其中缝合时间占60%，取瘤时间占20%，出血20~1250ml，平均(156±148)ml，其中缝合时出血占70%，平均住院时间(5.5±2.7)d。

Its bad outcome is closely related to the rebleeding in the superacute phase.The therapeutic effect of traditional therapy for ICH in superacute phase by operation is disputable,while,the recent clinical test showed that treatment for ICH by using recombinant activated factor Ⅶ can obviously inhibit the rebleeding of intracerebral hemorrhage,and then lower the case fatality,promote its prognosis with better efficacy and safety.It is under the further studying.
