出血

Results:Balloon of Foley catheter were used to stop bleeding in these patients. The volume of bleeding was varied from 800 ml to 1700 ml. Foley urethral catheter was pulled out 4 days after the operation in 3 cases, 5 days in 1 cases and 6 days in 2 cases, with no more presacral bleeding.

结果：6例骶前大出血中全部用Foley尿管气囊压迫控制出血，术中出血量为800～1 700 mL，Foley尿管于术后4 d拔除3例，5 d 1例，6 d 2例，均无再出血，会阴切口均一期愈合。

In this research, sixty-one patients in unconscious state after hypertensive intracerebral basal ganglia hemorrhage was randomly divided into two groups: The proctoclysis group (31cases) was treated with Tongfuxingshen liquid but the control group (30cases) treated with Tongfuxingshen capsul for seven days. Otherwise, the symptomatic therapy was used simultaneously. The curative effects such as the time of the patients from unconsciousness to consciousness state, the scores of Glasgow- Pittsburgh coma after treated seven days, and the scores of nervous functional defects after treated fourteenth days were observed.

本试验将我院脑病中心1999年9月～2002年5月收入的、符合纳入标准的61例出血部位在基底节区，且伴有意识障碍的高血压脑出血患者，按简单随机分组法，分为31例通腑醒神液直肠滴注治疗组与30例通腑醒神胶囊灌胃对照组，两组病人在性别分布、平均年龄、既往史评分、伴发疾病评分、出血量分布、意识状态分级情况等方面经统计学处理无显著性差异，表明临床资料具有可比性。

Results Intra-articular hemorrhage was observed in 1 patient and intra-osseous hemorrhage in 7 patients. The injury of retinacular arteries and reduction of blood supply were found in each case. In the presence of hip traction, blood flow of retinacular arteries reduced markedly. Few branches and little femoral head blood perfusion were observed in all of retinacular arteries, while hip joint was internally rotated with the sick leg straightened in the patients.

Results: 28 cases succeeded in hemostasis on first treatment, 4 hypertension patients with severe rhinorrhagia recurred, but also gained success on second treatment after hypertension was controlled.

结果：2 8例1次止血成功，4例高血压严重鼻出血患者再次出血，血压控制后再次行微波治疗后止血成功。

The anterior part of Rolandic vein (n=1), Rolandic vein (n=3), the posterior part of Rolandic vein (n=2), straight sinus (n=1), straight sinus and sinus confluens (n=1) were embolized. 在不同时间给予红花注射液治疗脑出血大鼠，均能不同程度地促进脑出血大鼠神经功能的恢复，其中术后6h给药组治疗效果最好，其可能通过促进Bcl-2蛋白的表达，抑制Bax和Caspase-3蛋白的表达，从而抑制血肿周围的细胞凋亡。

The number of TUNEL positive cell of astragalus group and combining astragalus and safflor group treated after ICH 6 hours were less than that of astragalus group and combining astragalus and safflor group treated after ICH 24 hours.

黄芪注射液、红花注射液和黄芪红花注射液治疗脑出血，均能不同程度的促进脑出血大鼠神经功能的恢复，降低血肿周围凋亡细胞的表达，尤以黄芪红花注射液术后6h联合治疗组表现最为明显。

When the treated group were injected Safflor after ICH 6,12,24 hours,The number of caspase-3 positive cell around hematoma was gradually increased and the number of bcl-2/bax positive cell was gradually degraded and the number of TUNEL positive cell of Safflor group treated after ICH 6 hours were less than that of Safflor group treated after ICH 24 hours.
