Methods In this cross-sectional study, 112 patients with hematencephalon and 82 controls were tested serologically for specific CpIgG antibody with ELISA assay.

112例脑出血患者和82例非脑出血患者，应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血液中的Cp特异性IgG抗体。

选自 2 0 0 1年 7月至 2 0 0 2年 8月因呕血和黑便入院，经紧急内镜检查确诊为溃疡性出血患者 81例，溃疡出血按Forrest镜下表现分级，内镜注射止血治疗组 4 1例，内科治疗组 4 0例。

Methods 63 cases were treated by selective arterial angiography in internal iliac artery and superior rectal artery in order to find the main artery of cancer, which was injected with 40%iodinated oil mixed with chemotherapy drugs. The signs such as major colonic bleeding, hematochezia mixed with pus, intestinal obstruction were observed after treatment.

选择63例经活检证实的中晚期直肠癌患者，经直肠上动脉或双侧髂内动脉造影确定肿瘤的主要供血动脉，向内注入40％碘化油及化疗药物混合的乳剂，其它靶血管内注入化疗药物(5-Fu+MMC+DDP)，治疗后观察患者肠出血、脓血便、肛门下坠、肠梗阻等症状的缓解情况及术中肿瘤的游离难易度、创面出血情况。

Results The main clinical manifestations were acute abdom inal pain, hemoperitoneum and hypovolemic shock.

结果 HCC自发性破裂出血临床主要表现为急性上腹部疼痛、腹腔内出血、失血性休克。

Result: all the 82 cases,15 were treated with right hemihepatectomy,26 with left hemihepatectomy,10 with quadrate lobectomy,7 with right posterior lobectomy,24 with localization lobectomy.postoperative pathdogic:75 were liver cell carcinoma,7 were carcinoma of bileduct.one case with postoperative hemorrhea,hemostated by reoperation.3 patients with biliary fistula,2 cases were cured by drainage,1 case was cured by ercp.no one died in operation.10(12.2%) died in half year,27(32.9%) died in one year.conclusion: control the indication and amount of heratectomy,contral hemorrhea,treat incised wound of liver correctly and prevent postoperative complications ,that can guarantee the effect of hepatectomy.

结果：右半肝切除15例、左半肝切除26例、肝中叶切除10例、肝右后叶切除7例、肝局部切除24例。术后病理诊断为肝细胞癌75例、胆管细胞癌7例。本组术后近期出血1例，再次手术止血；胆瘘3例，2例行腹腔引流治愈，1例行ercp置管引流治愈；无手术死亡。术后半年内死亡10例（12.2%），1年内死亡27例（32.9%），余45例现均存活。结论：掌握肝切除手术指征及肝切除量、严格控制术中肝出血、正确处理肝创面及术后并发症，才能保证手术治疗的效果。

Methods 90 Sprague-Daw rats were divided into sham-operative group, ICH model group and ginkgo therapy group. Every group divided 6h, 12h, 24h, 72h and 7d. Collagenase type Ⅶ with heparinize was infused into the right caudate nucleus to establish rat experimental ICH model.
