Results The clinical manifestation of brain stem hemorrhage secondary to cerebral infarction included sudden onset,evelution abruptly,coma,quadriplegia,higher fever and respiratory failure. CT usually do not identify the high dense location of brain stem. Large infarction of cerebral hemisphere may lead to shift the brain laterally and downward to produce herniation with subsequent brain stem compression,shift and distortion. Secondary brain stem hemorrhage occured usually in midderline area of midbrain or pontine.

结果 脑梗塞继发脑干出血的临床特点是发病急、进展快、昏迷、四肢瘫、过高热及呼吸衰竭，CT一般不能发现脑干高密度病灶，病理结果均为半球大病灶脑梗塞，严重海马回疝致脑干严重受压、变形和移位，继发脑干出血以中脑为主，可累及桥脑，主要位于中线部位。

Methods 56 patients in esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding were allocated randomly into the control group and the treatment group. All patients were given basic treatment, the CG patients received pituitrin (0.2U/min) though micro infusion pump,octreotide 0.1mg were injected in the TG patients and infused continuously at a rate of 25 礸/h. The efficient hemostasis, rebleeding, the average bleeding time and blood volume were recorded. Adverse reactions such as the queasiness, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, palpitaition and hypertension were observed.

将经胃镜证实的食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者56例随机分成对照组(n=28)和治疗组(n=28)，两组在给予基础治疗的同时，对照组使用垂体后叶素0.2U/min微泵持续静脉滴注；治疗组使用奥曲肽，首次0.1mg静注，再以25μg/h微泵持续静脉滴注止血治疗，比较两组在止血有效率、再出血率、平均止血时间、平均输血量等止血效果及恶心、腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、心悸、胸闷、血压升高等不良反应上的差异，并进行统计学分析。

.Conclusion: Ranutudune not only can decrease the ratal of upper gastroinrestinal which is the complication of cerebral hemorrhage but also in proving the progrosis significantly during the acute time.

Results there were unconsciousness, respiratory rhythm disturbance and hyporeflexia of pupil light reflex immediately after injury, and reactiveness decrease and activity retardation still existed even after resuming consciousness. at anatomical scene, subarachnoid hemorrhage or cerebroventricular haemorrhage were widespread. at an early stage, there were swelling, collapse, and axonal retraction ball formation at cortico-medulla junction, callosum, brainstem, and cerebellar white matter under microscope. but at the later stage, gitter cell proliferation and nest-like aggregation were major pathophysiological changes at focal brain tissue.

结果 伤后大鼠均即刻出现原发昏迷，其中2只于损伤后20 min内死亡，余持续时间1-30 min不等；伤后大鼠呼吸节律紊乱，瞳孔对光反射减弱或消失，醒后均有程度不等的反应性下降，肢体活动迟缓；肉眼可见广泛蛛网膜下腔出血或脑室出血；光镜下可见皮髓交界区、胼胝体区、脑干、小脑白质等部位的神经轴索有不同程度的肿胀、断裂、轴索球形成，后期有小胶质细胞增生，局部呈巢样聚集。
