objective to isolate and purify the antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma gondii activity isolated from the haemlymph of musca domestica larvae.methods the antimicrobial peptides of musca domestica larvae were induced by infection and injury were isolated and purified by trituration,centrifugalization and column chromatography.then the antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma activity were sieved by mtt colorimetric method and haemacytometry.results it was found that two antimicrobial peptides had anti-toxoplasma activity through resource s cationic column chromatography and superdex g75 gel column chromatography.conclusion the two antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma activity existing in the haemlymph of musca domestica larvae had different anti-toxoplasma effect.

作者单位：山西医科大学寄生虫教研室，太原 030001；化学生物学与分子工程教育部重点实验室山西大学生物技术研究所目的从家蝇幼虫血淋巴中分离纯化具有抗弓形虫作用的抗菌肽。方法通过损伤加感染的方法诱导家蝇幼虫大量表达抗菌肽，然后经过研磨、离心和层析等过程，将家蝇幼虫抗菌肽进行分离纯化，采用四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝比色法和血细胞计数法筛选对弓形虫速殖子有抑制作用的抗菌肽。结果经resource s阳离子柱和superdex g75凝胶柱层析后，筛选出2种对弓形虫速殖子有杀伤作用的抗菌肽。结论家蝇幼虫血淋巴中存在抗弓形虫作用的抗菌肽，而且不止一种，但其效果有所不同。

Sample collection: Two hundred and fifteen sera samples of normal population were collected from the peripheral blood of healthy blood donors of Shenyang, and the sera were separated by centrifugation after blood clotting; The patients sera were collected from the outpatients and inpatients of No. 1 hospital of China Medical University and the Second hospital of Jilin University. Syphilis was confirmed by clinical and serum test of TPHA and RPR; That of pemphigus vulgarism was confirmed not only by clinical, histopathological examination, but also by direct and indirect immunofluorescence test. DIF test on lesion or non-lesion skin showed immunoglobin and/or C3 deposits in the intercellular space of epidermis, and IIF test showed positive anti- intercellular antibody in patient serum using mouse's or rat's tongue or esophagus as substrate.

标本的收集：正常人的血清：采集沈阳市正常献血员外周静脉血共215份，待血凝后离心分离血清；患者的血清：来自中国医科大学一院及吉林大学二院门诊及住院部的病人，梅毒患者除了病史及临床表现外，全部经血清学TPHA及RPR确认；寻常性天疱疮患者除了临床及组织病理诊断外，还进行了直间接免疫荧光的检测，直接免诊断疫荧光：在皮损区及非皮损区的表皮细胞间显示IgG和/或C3补体沉积；间接免疫荧光用鼠或兔的舌或食管作为底物，在病人的血清中显示有肯定的细胞间抗体。

Abstract］ Objective:To investigate the effects of chrysin on the infection and replication of HIV1 ,and activation of CD4+ HTL in response to PHA in vitro.

目的：研究白杨素体外对人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV1）感染和复制的影响及对植物血凝素刺激的正常人外周血CD4+T细胞活化的影响。

This may be explained by follows: First, Decoction Shenkangling can regulate the homeostasis of NEI network and reduce the increased activity of NF-κB to restrain the action of inflammatory-sclerotic media; Second, it can redress the disequilibrium of the ratio of TXA2/PGI2 to reform the hypercoagulable state; Third, it can enhance albumin and reduce cholesterol and triglyceride; Fourth, it can amend the renal damage and protect the function of renal tubule and stroma to prevent the transformation from MCD to FSGS; Last, it can lessen urine protein in AN rats markedly and relieve the side effects of prednisone.4. NF-κB, TXA2 and PGI2, along with the renal pathomorphology and so on can all be the indexes of the diagnosis of Symptom of "Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis" and the application of Methods of "Benefiting the kidney and Promoting blood circulation" in TCM.5. The curative effects on AN rats by treatment of integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine with prednisone are much better than using prednisone only. And the curative effects on AN rats by treatment of matching Decoction Shenkangling, having the function of "Benefiting the kidney and Promoting blood circulation", with Prednisone are much better than using Prednisone only.6. When it referred to decreasing urine protein, cholesterol and triglyceride and increasing albumin, Decoction Zhibodihuang excesses Decoction Taohongsiwu. However, when it referred to regulating the disequilibrium of TXA2/PGI2 and meliorating renal lesion, Decoction Taohongsiwu exceeds Decoction Zhibodihuang.7. The curative effects on AN rats by treatment of matching Methods of "Benefiting the kidney and Promoting blood circulation" with Prednisone overmatches using Prednisone matching Method of "Benefiting the kidney" or Method of " Promoting blood circulation" only.

益肾活血中药肾康灵能显著改善AN鼠的肾虚血瘀证的临床表现和实验指标，这可能与中药肾康灵能调理AN鼠机体的NEI网络功能稳态，降低异常升高的NF-κB活性，抑制免疫炎症/硬化介质环节，纠正失衡的TXA2/PGI2，改善AN鼠血液高凝状态，提高AN鼠的血清Alb，降低Ch和TG，减轻AN鼠的肾脏组织病理学变化，保护肾小管－间质功能，阻止MCD向FSGS转化；显著减轻AN鼠的尿蛋白水平以及减轻激素副作用有关。4、NF-κB、 TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α以及肾脏病理形态学改变等，都可作为中医肾虚血瘀证诊断和益肾活血法应用的客观指标。5、中西医结合干预AN鼠疗效优于单纯激素治疗；强的松配合益肾活血中药肾康灵组的综合疗效显著优于单纯强的松组。6、知柏地黄汤组在降低尿蛋白、提高血清Alb、降低Ch和TG疗效上优于桃红四物汤组；桃红四物汤组在纠正失衡的TXA2/PGI2和减轻肾脏病理损害方面优于知柏地黄汤组。7、激素配合益肾活血法干预AN鼠在一定程度上优于激素配合益肾法或活血法。
