The patient avoided eating food rich of protein for three days and fasting for 12 hours before the blood samples were obtained at 7:00-8:00 in the morning, and had laid on bed for 15 minutes at least, 2ml of the blood samples were taken from median antebrachial vein, put into the heparinized tubles, then centrifugating by 1500/minute for 10 minutes,obtained the plasma from the blood, the plasma sample were kept in -72℃ refrigerator, ELISA method was used to determine the homcysteine level.

患者在标本采集前3天避免食用高蛋白饮食，空腹12小时以上，清晨7：00－8：00采血，采血时平卧位，休息15分钟以上，采集肘正中静脉血2ml，置于肝素抗凝管，以1500转／分离心10分钟后，分离血浆，用酶联免疫吸附法测定各管的HCY含量。

Methods: During the April 2003 to December 2004, from the patients with different position colorectal cancer beyond Dukes C stage who were performed laparoscopic radical operation random draw 20 patients as experiment group, and from patients with different position colorectal cancer beyond Dukes C patients who were performed open radical operation 20 patients took randomly as contrast group. We draw thepatients blood about 5 ml from antecubital vein at the time before and after the operation about 30 minutes respectively, preserved the blood in deep hypothermia circumstance,cytrokeratin-20(CK-20) as the micrometastasis maker, using the RT-PCR technique,G3PDH as the intra-contrast gene, quantitatively detect the amounts of CK-20 in the blood with the gelatum imagery system and the computer analyzing software on the gelatum imagery system ,in order to compare the influence of the laparoscopic and the open operation on the micrometastasis.

在我院2003年4月—2004年12月间不同部位的临床分期在Dukes C期之内的接受了腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术结直肠癌患者中随机抽取20例作为试验组，另外在同期的接受开腹手术患者中随机抽取20例作为对照组，分别抽取术前30min和术后30min的肘前静脉血5ml，集中低温保存，以细胞角蛋白(cytekeratin-20)CK-20为微转移的标志物，应用RT-PCR技术，以G3PDH为内对照基因，应用凝胶成像系统及其计算机凝胶成像系统分析软件来定量检测手术前、后患者外周静脉血中CK-20含量，比较腹腔镜和开腹的手术方式对肿瘤微转移的影响。

The principle is as follows: after incubating the standard sample of bacterial endotoxins, glycogen anti coagulation whole blood extracting from the healthy domestic rabbit, extralin anti congealable whole blood from healthy volunteers, THP 1 cells together, measure the releasing amount of TNF and IL 6 from cell gene by the method of ELISA as a endogenesis index judging the pro heat role of endotoxin.

其原理是：分别将细菌内毒素标准品与从健康家兔取出的肝素抗凝全血、健康自愿者提供的人肝素抗凝全血以及THP 1细胞共同孵育后，用ELISA双抗夹心法测定其产生的细胞因子TNF α和IL 6的释放量，作为内源性检测指标来判定内毒素的致热作用。

Four field strains of infectious bronchitis viruswere isolated from chicken kidney, trachea and lung of the young layer flocks in some regions of Shaanxi province. Biological characterizations of the virus were investigated by virus pathogenicity to chicken embryo and healthy chickens, hemagglutination test, hemagglutination inhibition test, dwarfing embryonated chicken eggs, electron microscopy and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. It demonstrated that allantoic fluid of each passage virus could hemagglutinate chicken red blood cells by treatment with 1% trypsin. The standard positive serum to IBV could inhibited the hemagglutination. The isolates could make respiratory and kidney diseases in chickens.

采集陕西省宝鸡市、扶风县、兴平市和榆林市等地鸡场疑似传染性支气管炎发病鸡病料，通过9～11 日龄非免疫鸡胚进行了病毒的实验室分离和传代，并对分离毒株进行了病毒的血凝性、血凝抑制性、致病性、鸡胚矮小化、电镜特征等生物学特性鉴定，结果表明，4 株分离株经1%胰酶处理后的各代病毒尿囊液均可凝集鸡红细胞，标准阳性血清可特异性的抑制其凝集性，回归试验可复制出与自然发病相同的病例，病毒传代物有明显的致鸡胚矮小化作用，透射电镜下可见有近似球形、直径100 nm左右的冠状病毒粒子，将分离鉴定的4 株IBV 定名为BJ-04、FF-04、XP-03 和YL-04。

Results The expression plasmid of pVAX1 IL-18 HN was contructed successfully confirmed by enzyme digestion identification. The expressions of IL-18 and HN chimeric genes were confirmed, and the expressed HN protein had higher hemagglutinative titer.

结果：酶切鉴定证实正确地构建了pVAX1 IL-18 HN嵌合表达质粒，Western blotting和血凝试验检测结果表明，嵌合后的IL-18和HN基因均能够表达，且表达的HN蛋白具有较高的血凝活性。

Methods: The specimens of peripheral blood were collected from 15 individuals and each specimen was divided into three parts, one processed in an hour and the other two stored at -80℃ and -20℃ respectively Two different reagents (TRI Reagent and TRI Rcagent-BD) were used to extract RNA directly from whole blood followed by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction for amplifying 3-Actins gene.
