The paper describes the reason why the 1000MW ultra supercritical steam turbine with HP single bypass valve using HP casing start-up was not applied with HP exhaust non-return valve and introduces the methods to prevent over-speed for load rejection,HP casing overtemperature and water admission.

论述了采用高压缸启动方式的带高压一级旁路的1000MW超超临界汽轮机不设高排逆止门的依据及其防止汽轮机甩负荷超速、高缸超温与进水的方法：一是在高压导汽管上加装通风阀，二是在冷再管上加装通往凝汽器的排汽管，三是在冷再管的低位加装能显示水位、自动报警及自动疏水的疏水罐。

Turbines are equipped with safety devices for pressure,live steam pressure,extraction steam pressure vacuum,axial displacement of rotor,and the monitoring devices for speed,vibration,temperation,pressure etc.

本设计对凝汽式汽轮机调节系统的选用﹑原理进行了研究，选择了电液调节系统，介绍了其工作原理，完成各部件设计，配汽采用喷嘴调节法。调节气阀的启闭由油动机通过横梁﹑两阀杆和杠杆系统进行控制。
