As the supplement of the solidification theory, the melting tamperatures of nanocrystals, the glass transition temperatures of nanosized glasses, the ferromagnetic and ferroelectric transsition temperatures and the solid phase transition temperatures as well as the corresponding hysteresis of different materials are calculated and determined. The effect of the pressure on phase transition temperatures and the binary solution nanophase equilibrium diagram is constructed.

作为凝固理论的补充，计算和测定了纳米晶体的熔化温度，纳米玻璃的玻璃转变温度以及铁磁与铁电居里转变温度，纳米晶体的固态相变温度以及相关的动力学滞后，压力对相变温度的影响，二元无限互溶固溶体的纳米相图。

The detailed procedures of the method are as follows: the charging material of Ti-6Al-4V alloy is put into the crucible of an induction skull melter, heated and melted under the environment of high-purity argon and 400-700Pa pressure; pre-coated bars with the TiH2 of the weight accounting for 0.09 to 0.2 percent of the charging material are added in; when the hydrogen-contained titanium alloy in the crucible cools and the temperature drops below 300 DEG C, the charging material is vented off and cooled until the temperature equal to room temperature.

它的具体方法为：将Ti-6Al-4V合金的炉料装入感应凝壳熔炼炉的坩埚中，在压力为400～700Pa的高纯氩气环境中进行加热熔化；然后熔入含炉料质量0.09％～0.2％的TiH2的预制棒；当坩埚中含氢的钛合金逐渐冷却凝固并降温至300℃以下后，破真空，进一步冷却至室温。

The concept of secondary recalescence is outlined. It is pointed out that the inflection point occurred during recalesence stage only indecates the heat requirement for dendrite remelting, while the inflection point resulted from heat release during new phase formation can be regarded as a strict secondary recalescence.

提出在冷却曲线的再辉阶段出现的温度变化拐点，只是表明枝晶熔断过程对热量的需求，只有在快速凝固阶段的冷却曲线上出现的由于新相形成而释放出潜热导致的温度变化拐点才算得上严格意义上的二次再辉。

The specific properties of materials, such as the palate adhesion, dynamic cruor, anti-bacterial and the degradability of lysozyme, were studied, which provide valuable data for further application. The main creative ideas are listed as follows:(1) The water-retention chitosan/poly vinyl alcohol blend fiber was obtained by coagulating in 10％ NaOH/ethanol solution, and the blend and crosslink due to GA can enhance the mechanical properties of fiber;(2) The controlled degradable chitosan/gelatin blend fiber was obtained by solution filature, and the mechanical properties were improved;(3) The N-acylchitosan with the different degree of substitution were successfully prepared, and the relationship between structure and properties was estabilished;(4) By a new solvent system of 6％ NaOH/4％ urea for cellulose, the blood anti-coagulant function films were prepared by blending cellulose with chitin;(5) In the same solvent system above mentioned, the anti-bacterial blend films based on cellulose and carboxymethyl-chitosan were prepared, and the relationship of DS and the anti-bacterial property was concluded;(6) The controlled degradable chitosan films was obtained by the chemical crosslink.

本论文的主要创新点：（1）以NaOH水溶液／无水乙醇为凝固液，采用溶液纺丝法制备出保水性壳聚糖／聚乙烯醇纤维，共混和戊二醛交联极大提高了壳聚糖纤维力学性能；（2）用壳聚糖和明胶共混，以溶液纺丝法制备出可控降解的壳聚糖／明胶纤维，并大幅度提高了壳聚糖共混纤维的干、湿态抗张强度；（3）确立了不同取代度N-酰基壳聚糖的合成方法及其膜的结构与性能的关系；（4）利用纤维素新溶剂6％NaOH／4％尿素制备出抗凝血性纤维素／甲壳素共混膜；（5）利用上述纤维素新溶剂制备出抗菌性纤维素／羧甲基壳聚糖共混膜，揭示了羧甲基壳聚糖取代度与抗菌性能的关系；（6）制备出可控降解壳聚糖交联膜。

The results showed that the blending system could form surface gel and internal spumescent char layer to achieve flame retardant properties.The flame retardant properties of flame resistant PA6 contenting TPMP/MA complex system were studied by LOI,UL-94 and cone calorimeter tests.The results showed that the LOI value of PA6/17%MA system was 27.2,and the LOI value of PA6/4%TPMP/13%MA system was 28.6.The UL-94 test was V-0 level.The flame retardant mechanism analysis indicated that the TPMP/MA complex system could form thick intumescent char layer to execute the flame retardant functions both in the condensation phase and the gas phase.

将阻燃剂TPMP、MA复配后添加到PA6中，通过采用LOI、垂直燃烧及锥型量热仪研究了体系的阻燃性能，PA6/17%MA体系的LOI值为27.2，PA6/4%TPMP/13%MA体系的LOI值达到了28.6；上述体系的垂直燃烧性均为V-0级，对阻燃机理的分析表明，TPMP与MA复配应用时，可形成膨胀的较厚炭层，在气相和凝固相共同发挥阻燃作用。
