In the present paper, based on the thorough analysis and research of the mathematical model for the flow field and temperature field, the filling and solidification process of aluminous hub was successfully simulated by using ANSYS software.

本文以大型有限元仿真软件ANSYS为工具，在对铸造过程流场、温度场的数学模型进行深入分析研究的基础上，成功的模拟了铝合金轮毂类铸件低压铸造的充型凝固过程，并根据模拟结果对铸件可能产生的缺陷及部位进行了预测，完成了利用ANSYS软件来检测、校核模具设计和工艺安排的工作。
