Mthods: The serum levels of IL-15 were measured by a double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 47 severe hepatitis B patients and 20 healthy subjects. Parameters of liver function including alanine aminotransferase and total bilirubin were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer, meanwhile prothrombin activity were measured by automatic coagulator. In the same time, the hepatitis A, B, C, D and E virus markers were examined in all patients.

方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验检测47例重型乙型肝炎患者和20例体检健康者血清IL-15的水平，并通过全自动生化仪检测血清丙氨酸转氨酶、总胆红素，全自动血液凝固仪检测凝血酶原活动度，同时采用ELISA方法检测甲、乙、丙、丁、戊型肝炎病原学。

The aim of this study was to explore the potential relationship between the enhancement of instant hemostatic function in vivo of cryopreserved platelets and its procoagulative related molecule activities.
