In the studying of image segmentation, six crucial technologies havebeen developed successfully. 1 In one dimension histogram of original DRimage of luggage, there remain maximum-value wave crest havingapproximately stationary position, and the first minimum to the left of thewave crest performs excellently to be used to get rid of background of DRimage. 2 Open operation, one type of math morphology, is the right idea toerase luggage disturbance in DR image and at the same time, can be retaininteresting region appropriately. 3 After open operation, there are only a few minimums on image histogram, one of which can be to segment image furtherand achieves satisfying result. 4 Method of histogram analyzing and that oferosion performs well in the re-segmentation of conglutinative region in DRimage. 5 Method of image distance switch can ensure Luggage CT sectionautomatically obtained to have rich suspicious region information. 6 Todecompose structure element of math morphology is a way to save a great dealrunning time for automatically discerning interesting regions algorithm,apparently improving implementation efficiency.

在对图像可疑区域分割研究中，主要开发成功以下几项关键技术：1发现原始箱包DR图像的一维直方图中，均具有位置相对稳定的最大值波峰，以波峰左边第一个极小值为分割阈值，去除DR图像背景，效果非常好。2运用数学形态学中的开运算能够非常有效地去除箱子的干扰，同时能够比较好地保留可疑区域。3发现开运算后的DR图像直方图只有若干个极小值点的特点，其中用最大值波峰左边的第二个极小值点进一步分割DR图像，能够更有效地提取箱包中的可疑区域。4运用直方图分析法和腐蚀法，对粘连区域实行再分割，效果较好。5运用距离变换法，能确保自动设定的箱包CT截面包含丰富的可疑区域信息。6运用形态学结构元素分解技术，大幅度减少可疑区域的自动判别算法运行时间，提高算法软件执行效率。

Patch characteristics indicated that the degree of fragmentation for the natural broadleaf forest was lower than for artificial landscapes of Phyllostachys pubescens, Cunninghamia lanceolata, and Camellia sinensis. Therefore, to maintain sustainable development in the region, and especially to enhance protection for the broadleaf forest matrix, intense human activity and tourism should be reduced.

Thunbergii trees were established, and the sun survivorship curves were drawn with field data. The results showed that in the three plots, the height and basal diameter growth of regenerated young P. thunbergii trees had exponential, linear, and quadratic functional relations with age and the age structure was of spindle, discrete, and pyramid types, respectively. Most of the regenerated young trees were distrbuted at 0.3-1.2 m from their nearest standing trees, and the individuals of the young trees decreased near to or far from the nearest standing trees. Inplots Ⅰ and Ⅲ, the expected average life of regenerated young P. thunbergii trees had a decreasing trend with their increasing age, and the survival number of the population also decreased with increasing population age. The survivorship craves of regenerated young P. thunbergii trees in the two plots approximated to the type of Deevey Ⅱ, indicating that the young P. thunbergii populations in the plots were at stable development stage. The population structure of regenerated young P. thunbergii trees in plot Ⅱ was lesser integral, suggesting that the population was of declining types being related to human disturbance, slope and other environmental factors.

结果表明：(1) 3个样地中幼龄植株高生长、基径生长与年龄均分别呈指数函数、直线和二次函数关系；(2) 3个样地黑松幼龄植株年龄结构存在着明显差异，分别表现为纺锤形、残缺型和金字塔型；(3)幼龄植株主要集中分布在距最近立木0.3~1.2m，离立木越近或越远幼龄植株均逐渐减少；(4)对样地Ⅰ和样地Ⅲ黑松幼龄植株生命表和存活曲线的分析表明，随年龄的增加，黑松幼龄植株生命期望值基本上呈递减趋势，黑松幼龄植株种群存活数也随着年龄的增加而降低；样地Ⅰ和样地Ⅲ黑松幼龄植株种群存活曲线近似于Deevey Ⅱ型，表明2个样地黑松幼龄植株种群处于稳定发展阶段；(5)样地Ⅱ幼龄植株种群结构很不完整，表明该种群属于衰退型，与人为干扰及坡度等有关。
