Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, diagnosis of cervicothoracic spine, spinal cord trauma and effect of anterior decompression, bone graft, Orion plate fixation on treatment of cervicothoracic junction trauma.

目的探讨颈胸段脊柱脊髓损伤的临床特点、诊断及颈胸段前路减压、植骨、Orion钢板内固定术的治疗作用。

Results: Among 80 cases of ACST, 76 cases were successfully implemented LC, gallbladder puncture and decompression choledocholithotomy T-tube drainage were performed in 11 cases, choledocholithotomy T-tube drainage in 15 cases, common bile duct gall bladder fistula Toishi T-tube drainage in 14 cases, gallbladder removal choledocholithotomy T-tube drainage in 36 cases, operative time 15-120 min, bleeding 10-80 ml; 4 cases transitted laparotomy, 1 case of gallbladder and surrounding tissue adhesion serious, ampulla signs disappear, and the hepatoduodenal ligament ill-defined, 2 cases of gallbladder contraction deep within the liver, gallbladder triangle scar adhesions, and 1 case of duct stone impaction and severe adhesions; postoperative hospital stay was 8-11 d, all were well recovered; pathological diagnosis, acute cholecystitis in 41 cases （51.2％）, acute suppurative cholecystitis in 24 cases （30.0％）, acute gangrenous cholecystitis in 15 cases （18.8％）.

结果：重症急性胆囊炎80例，76例成功实施LC，其中，胆囊穿刺减压胆总管切开取石T管引流11例，胆总管切开取石T管引流15例，胆囊造瘘胆总管切开取石T管引流14例，胆囊切除胆总管切开取石T管引流36例，手术时间15～120 min，术中出血10～85 ml；4例中转开腹，其中，1例胆囊与周围组织粘连严重，壶腹部标志消失，与肝十二指肠韧带界限不清，2例胆囊萎缩深陷肝脏内，胆囊三角区瘢痕粘连，1例胆囊管结石嵌顿且严重粘连，术后住院时间8～11 d，术后恢复均良好，治愈出院；80例术后病理诊断，急性单纯性胆囊炎41例（51.2％），急性化脓性胆囊炎24例（30.0％），急性坏疽性胆囊炎15例（18.8％）。

Results (1)Of 104 patients with trigeminal neuralgia,75 patients had neurovascular compression or contact of the cisternal portion of the trigeminal nerve at MR imaging and 69 patients were verified by operation;14 patients had C-P angle tumors,13 cases were diagnosed by MRI and the remaining one was verified by the operation and pathology;5 patients had vascular lesions at MR imaging which were verified by microvascular decompression.

结果 (1)104例三叉神经痛患者中MRI诊断为血管压迫或接触的为75例，术中证实有血管压迫或接触的为69例；桥小脑角肿瘤共14例，MRI确诊13例，另1例由手术确诊；血管性病变的为5例，均由微血管减压术或手术病理证实；(2)三叉神经痛病因中血管压迫或接触、肿瘤性病变及血管性病变所占比例分别为66.3%(69/104)、13.5%(14/104)和4.8%(5/104)；(3)根据手术结果，MRI对三叉神经痛患者诊断的敏感性为89.4%，特异性为96.6%。

Conclusin: MRTA as a new imaging technique can demonstrate the relationship between the cisternal portion of facial nerve and surrounding vascular structures, and provides reliable imaging evidence for pathogenetic diagnosis and preoperative examination for MVD

MRTA成像作为一项新的影像学检查技术，能较好地显示面神经脑池段与周围血管之间的关系，从而为面肌痉挛的病因诊断及临床上面神经微血管减压术术前评估提供可靠的影像学依据。

Collecting a total of 102 cases(107eyes) of pations with traumatic optic neuropathy that underwent edoscopic optic nerve decompression surgery during December 1999 - April 2008 line,retrospective analysis of CT performance for the optic canal and paranasal sinuses,and Comparison of them with surgical results.102 cases of patients performed routine and coronal axial sinus CT scans,the optic canal zone wi th thin target scan,line of nasal tip and the anterior clinoid process connection as baseline for axis scan,and the vertical line of "bed nasal line" as baseline for coronal scan.

方法收集1999年12月-2008年4月间在青医附院耳鼻喉科行鼻内镜下视神经减压手术的外伤性视神经病患者的病例，共102例(107眼)，回顾分析其鼻窦及视神经管CT表现，并查看手术记录描述，将CT结果与术中所见情况进行对比分析。102例患者术前常规行轴位及冠状位鼻窦CT扫描，视神经管区行薄层靶扫描，以骨性鼻尖与前床突的连线为轴位扫描基线，以&床鼻线&的垂直线为冠状位扫描基线。
