The research result shows that the flowability, moldability, cohesiveness of high performance concrete of hill sand are significant by comparison with ordinary concrete on mechanical properties, long term properties, and durability. Results: Before intervention, the total scores, A (antisocial/disobey behavior) and N scores of the Ratter Parent Scale were of no difference. Results (1) The forward and reverse subtracted cDNA libraries of different metastastic potential large cell lung cancer cell lines were successfully constructed;(2) With blue-white colony and dot blot, 307 positive clones in the forward subtracted library and 78 positive clones in the reverse subtracted library were obtained;(3) 55 clones were successfully sequenced in the forward subtracted library. Using semi-quantitative RT-PCR, the differential expression profiles of eleven selected genes were confirmed in the ovaries of triploid and diploid.
