准稳态

A new discrete reaching law is presented to improve the reaching process of discrete exponential reaching law.The discrete-time variable structure control system designed by this reaching law can not only weaken the chattering and control the system state approach to zero diminishingly,but also keep the basic property of quasi-sliding mode which can cross the switching surface step by step.This method improves the reaching process and enhances the control quality of the control system.

为了改善离散指数趋近律的趋近过程，提出了一种新的趋近律，利用该趋近律设计的变结构控制器，不仅能够大幅度削弱抖振，使系统运动最终趋于原点不存在稳态振荡，而且能使系统的准滑动模态保持步步穿越切换面的基本属性，有效地改善了趋近过程，提高了控制品质。

Plane strain, mode I quasi-static steady state crack growth is investigated utilizing the finite element method. It is once again established that TNT plasticity can significantly increase the stress level near the crack tip. The crack tip stress singularity is higher than or equal to the square-root singularity of elastic K field and is also independent of the plastic hardening exponent.

对于速度对接触体力学特性的影响，本文采用弹性动力学方法和弹性动力学与刚体动力学相结合的方法分别对稳态和非稳态两种情况进行了研究，得到了稳态情况的解析解，给出了对非稳态情况进行数值求解的变分公式；对于速度对相关物理量的影响，本文主要讨论了速度对摩擦系数的影响，在滚动接触准静态理论的基础上引进了函数型摩擦系数，建立了函数型摩擦系数的滚动接触准静态精确理论和简化理论，并分别编制了相关的计算程序，还用函数型摩擦系数将简便的Shen-Hedrick-Elkins理论的适用范围扩展到大蠕滑区。

Computer simulation result proves that A. C. parameters measurement of static signals using Harr wavelet transform could get the accurate result by the ideal sampling situation, i. e. the synchronous error is zero. Compare with synchronous and quasi-synchronous sampling algorithm, A. C. parameters measurement of transient signals using Harr wavelet transform could get more accurate result.

对谐波相位测量方法进行了误差分析，通过仿真证明，在稳态信号情况下，如果采样过程不存在同步偏差，利用Harr小波变换的方法可以对交流电量参数进行准确的测量；在暂态信号情况下，该方法与同步、准同步算法相比，可以达到很高的测量准确度。
