By using nucleation theory, the undercoolings at which the primary crystal of Al-4. 5%Cu alloy nucleates on γAl〓O〓 and α-Al〓O〓 are determined to be 59～83℃ and 23～33℃ respectively, This theoretical result agrees with our experiments.

发现工业大体积Al-4.5％Cu合金的最大过冷度受其在Al〓O〓上形核过冷度的限制，并用形核理论估算出Al-4.5％Cu合金液在γ-Al〓O〓和α-Al〓O〓上的形核过冷度分别为59～83℃和23～33℃。

The results indicate that MgB2 phase has smaller critical nucleation energy, higher nucleation rate and shorter incubation time comparing with MgB4 phase as the undercooling degree excesses to a critical value at a low undercooling range. Hence, the MgB2 phase nucleates primarily from the melt and grows up.

结果表明：在小过冷度范围内，当过冷度大于某一临界过冷度时，MgB2相比MgB4相具有更低的形核功、更大的形核率和更短的形核孕育时间，因而MgB2相从与MgB4相的竞争形核中胜出，优先从合金熔体中形核并生长。

The results show that the precooling time of the probe is shortened significantly with the help of the vapor liquid separator, and decreases with the driven pressure. With the helical coiled wire and the helical mesh, significant thermal Oscillation corresponding the density-wave is observed in the precooling time. The average heat transfer coefficient enhances 1.5 times with the mentioned heat transfer enhancement techniques, and the temperature of the 2.5 min cryoprobe surface can reach -160℃ in 17℃ brine within 10 min.
