冷凝器

Examinations of steady status and analysis of dynamic experiments have been conducted on Band-Tube evaporator and Parallel-Flow condenser using R134a refrigerant. The steady examination show that the model error was under the allowable error, The inlet mass and enthalpy disturb experiments indicate that the subsection model ,be good at reflecting the change of parameters of the heat exchanger, accord with the basic principle of thermodynamics theory and the actual work status.

在进行仿真试验时，以使用R134a作制冷剂的管带式蒸发器和平行流式冷凝器为对象，完成了稳态仿真计算、试验和动态仿真分析，稳态计算结果和试验数据对比表明，其误差在允许范围内；进口质量和焓值的扰动试验结果表明：本文所建的区段式换热器仿真模型，能很好的反映换热器性能参数的动态变化，与系统热动力学理论和冷凝器、蒸发器的实际工作过程基本一致。

Note: if use condensator, the solvent in raw material can be recovered. If use SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series hydraulic inject vacuum pump sets, condensator can not be used and the investment could be saved.

注：如采用冷凝器物料中的溶剂可通过冷凝器加以回收；如采用SK系列水环真空泵或ZSWJ系列水力喷射真空泵机组，可不用冷凝器，节省能源投资。

This paper introduced some specialties of shell-tube-styled water-cooled condensers in marine air-conditioners, especially analyzed the differences of this kind of conducer from that on land in such aspects as the material of heat exchange tube, design structure, rot proof technics and the effect of incrustation, etc.

介绍船用空调装置中壳管式水冷冷凝器的特点，着重分析了其冷凝器在换热管材质、设计结构、防腐工艺、水垢的影响等方面与一般陆用空调冷凝器的区别。

First, a system for providing liquid refrigerant subcooling (10), subsequent to the subcooling accomplished by the primary condenser of an air conditioner, refrigeration or heat pump system, by means of evaporative cooling utilizing the condenser water of said air conditioner, refrigeration or heat pump system and/or some other water supply to wet the surface of the subcool heat exchanger and then passing the cold, dry building exhaust air (13) required for good indoor air quality across the wetted surface of the subcool heat exchanger or by using building exhaust air only to conductively subcool.

首先，一个提供液态制冷剂过冷的系统(10)，在由空调、制冷或热泵系统的主冷凝器实施完成过冷之后，通过蒸发冷却，利用所述空调、制冷或热泵系统的冷凝器水和/或一些其它水源来润湿过冷热交换器表面，然后使为达良好质量室内空气所需的建筑物干冷排气(13)通过穿过过冷热交换器的润湿表面，或只利用建筑物排气以传导方式过冷。

The results showed that the evaporative condenser is superior to the traditional water-cooling condenser both in energy consumption and original investment.

对蒸发式冷凝器和水冷式冷凝器从结构和能耗上进行了对比，通过举例分别对同一冷库中的两种冷凝器进行计算。

In accordance with the problems such as lower cooling effect and corrosion of the water treatment of the cooling water system of ammonia condenser ,the water treatment program of the water quality was optimized,and the water treatment effect before and after the program were summarized.

针对氨冷凝器冷却水系统水处理存在的冷却效果差和腐蚀问题，提出水质处理的优化方案，总结了优化前后的水处理效果，结果表明：使用新方案后，氨冷凝器的冷却效果得到明显的改善，冷凝排气压力降低，氨排压4机运行时为1。

The result shows that the cooling capacity increases with increasing generator heat transfer. The coefficient of performance of the system increases when the quantity of the generator heat transfer is increased from 6 kW to 7 kW, however it decreases in the range of 7 kW-9 kW. When the fan frequency increases, the temperature of liquid ammonia leaving condenser decreases, while the cooling capacity and the COP of the system increases. When the flow rate and inlet temperature of water/glycol increases, the evaporator takes more heat away and the cooling capacity and COP of the system increases.

其结果可发现当发生器加热量增加，系统温度增加系统冷冻能力增加，但其COP於6 kW-7 kW 系统COP会有先增加，於7 kW-9 kW，系统COP会有下掉的趋势；在冷凝器方面，当风扇频率增加，冷凝器温度降低时，冷凝器出口冷媒随之降低，系统冷冻能力会有所提高，COP亦增加；在蒸发器方面，蒸发器卤水出口温度及卤水流量增加，可以使蒸发器带走更多的热量其系统冷冻能力及COP也就会相对增加。

The association effect of inert gas and gas phase acetic acid-water in condensing process was considered, the heat and mass transfer behavior of the heat exchangers at every step and the influence of heat and mass transfer on the design of heat exchangers were analyzed for the condensing process of acetic acid, water, and mixed nitrogen vapor in the condenser in the PTA oxidation process.
