Taking the lobby of an existing office building in Beijing as study object, considering the weather conditions and the air conditioning load characteristics, performs the energy efficiency reformation of air conditioning system based on the theory and principle of floor panel cooling and heating technology by replacing the original floor panel heating system to a floor panel cooling and heating system. In order to understand the adaptation of the microorganisms under the extreme cold environment conditions, the physiological characteristics of the 5 bacterial isolates from the Muztag Am ice core under the different temperatures were investigated. The csp gene was also amplified by PCR technique and the specific primer targeted for the cold shock protein.
