On the basis of analysis of affected factors, a hierarchic model of decision-making in real estate investment is set up and AHP is used to analyze the investment decision. It is proved that it is feasible to make investment decisions with the AHP method.

Taking the undergraduates as participants, the research, through six successive experiments, has inquired into the influence of the three attention levels of information (focused attention, divided attention and non-attention) upon the heuristic social decision making in the three types of tasks (choice, memory, estimate of quantity and frequency) in decision making. And, by taking account of the different effects, such as mere exposure, priming of experience, illusory correlation, self-relevance, the research has taken a further step and made a quite comprehensive study on the effect and existing biases in using heuristic decision making at different attention levels.

本研究以大学生为被试，通过6个系列实验，探讨了在三种不同的决策任务类型(选择、记忆、数量和频率估计)中，信息的三种注意水平(集中注意、分散注意和无注意)对人类使用启发法进行社会决策的影响；并进一步结合社会判断和决策中存在的纯粹接触、经验启动、错觉相关、自我关联等效应，较为全面地研究了人们在不同注意水平上使用启发法决策的效果及存在的偏差。

In order to solve the flexible decision problem, the methods used in this paper include maximin method, set inclusion method, interactive method and interval analysis method.

As for the multiple objective decision making and analysis problem under risk is concerned, a practical decision analysis principle called Aspiration level principle is proposed, the concept system for solutions and the model system for determinitive equivalence are developed based on the classifications of decision objectives and constraints, which lay a necessary theoretical fundation of study on the multiple objective decision making and analysis problem under risk.

本文就风险型多目标决策分析问题，提出了一种适用的决策分析原则──希望水平原则，并基于决策目标和约束的分类，给出了解的概念体系及确定性等价模型体系，为进一步研究风险型多目标决策问题提供了必要的理论基础。

By the minimum risk Bayes decision theory, this paper develops a new way of image segmentation: establish the mathematics model of image segmentation; estimate the probability density of grey scales and figure out its math-expectation and square difference that accord with normal distribution and the loss function; and judge the every pixel dot in the image according to the minimum risk Bayes decision theory and determine whether it is of target or non-target images, thereby realizing the extraction of the target image.

依据最小风险贝叶斯决策理论，提出了一种基于最小风险贝叶斯决策的图像分割方法。首先建立图像分割的最小风险贝叶斯决策模型，对灰度级类条件概率密度估计出其符合正态分布的数学期望和方差以及损失函数，再依据最小风险贝叶斯决策理论对图像中的每一像素点进行目标图像和非目标图像的类别判断，从而实现目标图像的提取。

The method is based on the extending model of rough sets and fully considers the consistence of data and dependency of attributes.
