Green Process is an important chain of Green Manufacturing. This paper studies the method of the evaluation and decision-making on Green Process. On the basis of prevenient research, the method considering of the time, quality, cost, service, resources consumption and environment pollution is put forward.

绿色制造工艺是绿色制造的一个重要环节，本文就是针对绿色制造工艺的评价和决策方法，在综合考虑前人研究的情况下，提出了基于时间、成本、质量、服务、资源消耗、环境污染六大目标的评价和决策方法。

Aimed at the characteristic of process industry, combined with the powerful ability of GIS and spatial data mining which express and process spatial data, it is a new way to realize the information query, analysis, prognostication and decision-making functions of CIMS with GIS and spatial data mining applied in industry CIMS and makes sense to promote the development of CIMS.

In order to solve difficulties of calculation of equation groups, the coordinate transmigration method was adopted. The store or purvey quantity of water decision-making from malti-reservoir can be translated simultaneously to single reservoir step by step.

The hierarchical structure system was calculated by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to realize quantification of the evaluation result. Subequently, based on the solution idea of multi-object reverse problem, a method for particular solution for big/small benchmark was derived, and then a set of virtual decision making units (DMU0) was solved.

利用模糊综合评价的理论对多层结构的系统进行评价计算，实现了评价结果量化；同时，基于模糊多目标决策反问题的求解思路，推导了求解大小标杆量化特解的方法，并以此求解出一组虚拟决策单元(DMU0)。

In this paper,with respect to the ordinal variables,the definitions of attribute reduction of dominance-based rough set approach in ordered information systems and ordered decision tables are given.Then the approach of sorting objects comprehensively using rough set theory is brought in to obtain a series of ranks.Based on these ranks,nonparametric methods to analyze correlation between two attribute subsets are introduced,and Spearman rank correlation coefficient is used as a measure of attribute correlation.Based on this measure,a new method of attribute reduction of ordered information systems and ordered decision tables is presented without changing the ordinal information of the universe.

针对有序尺度变量，给出了有序信息系统与有序决策表在优势关系下的粗糙集约简定义；利用粗糙集方法将对象综合排序，进而得到一组秩；根据这些秩，运用非参数统计的思想研究了两个属性子集之间的相关性，并将Spearman秩相关系数作为属性相关性度量；在不改变总体序信息情况下，给出了基于此度量对有序信息系统与有序决策表进行约简的新方法。
