In this paper, granularity in rough set theory is used to describe rules based on the concept of rough degree. A tool for knowledge dependent relation diagram is put forward. Then dimensional knowledge granularity decision space and the same construction mapping decision space based on multi-decision sorts is established, and decision algorithm based on KDRD and decision space is introduced. Finally, through combining with the technique of fault diagnosis, it is proved that the approach is very appropriate to the intelligent decision system.

本文利用粗糙集理论中的粗度概念，在对获取规则进行扩展性的粒度描述的基础上，提出了一种工具―知识依赖关系图，构造了n维知识粒度决策空间以及基于多决策类的同构映射决策空间，建立了基于KDRD和决策空间的决策算法，并结合机械故障诊断说明了本方法非常适于故障诊断等通过结论获取原因的智能决策系统。

文章首先提出了复杂环境下定量决策模型的信度概念及计算方法，然后研究了定量决策模型与经验判断在描述方式及推理方面的统一，最后探讨了对于分别由定量决策模型及专家经验所推论出的结论的合成，并提出了在复杂环境下的"决策的最优性与决策的信度权衡"的决策方法。

At first, an approximated mathematical model is presented. Then, the system manager can compute the optimal control policy via the method of successive approximation. Based on the above-mentioned algorithm, we design an intelligent system with feedback control to regulate the allocation of limited channels of trunk circuit. This system will continuously detect the status of whole cellular network. Once the system parameters cross the predefined threshold, the recomputing mechanism will be activated.

首先针对系统的近似数学模型先將其定义出来，然后就可以用连续逼近法將最佳控管决策计算出来，这样的最佳决策演算法我们把它设计在一个有迴授机制的智慧型决策系统裹，此决策系统將不断地侦测行动通讯网路运作的情形，一旦网路参数变化超过某个预定的临界值时，整个最佳决策演算法將被启动，系统的近似数学模型將依新的参数重新定义，接下来同样地写出最佳方程式並用连续逼近法计算出新的最佳控管决策。

The paper firstly sums up the relative theory and development trend of Decision Support system, mainly including the decision-making supporting function, the features, the structure and the major mission of DSS. Subsequently, the paper lays emphasis on the research of the electricity requirement, energy-exhausting analysis and network optimum programming method for the second oil-mining factory of Da-Qing oil field, and then provides the principle of the network programming and the framework for designing DSS according to the requirement of optimizing the layout of network, saving energy and timely supervising. Following the former analysis and design, the paper finally conducts the development and debugging of the Decision Supporting System based on the software engineering theory.

本文首先对决策支持系统的相关理论及其发展趋势进行了综述，重点介绍了决策支持系统的决策支持功能、决策支持系统的基本特征、决策支持系统的主要任务和决策支持系统的结构等；然后，对大庆采油二厂地面生产系统电力需求、能耗分析、电网框架规划优化方法进行了研究，针对优化网络布局、节省损耗以及实时监控的要求，提出了网络规划的原则、系统设计的基本思想，进而进行了系统总体结构、系统的模型库以及数据库的设计；最后，按照软件工程学的方法，在系统分析和设计的基础上，完成了整个系统的开发和调试工作。

Researching on the decision-maker's behavior hypothesis and classification principle in incomplete informational risk assessment, this paper built the rational decision-making route as①releasing the sequential or partible hypothesis of individual preference and alternatives independence condition in order to satisfy the actual decision-making;②keeping the optimal result of group decision-making according as the thought of"Binary comparison"of sequence path independence condition SPI building the hierarchy structure in opening frame of discernment to increase granularity of discernment.

研究不完全信息操作风险评价的决策者行为假设和分类方法，构建理性决策路径和决策机制：①放松Arrow选择理论的决策者个人偏好连续或可分假设、无关方案独立性条件，以满足决策过程的实际情况。②构建开放的决策识别框架，依据序贯路径无关条件的&两两比较&思想，保证群体决策结果的最优性；在开放的识别框架中建立层次结构，增加识别粒度。将主观信息表达转化为专家对某一属性判断的基本可信度分配，运用证据理论处理不完全信息的融合问题。③基于包含度的分层约简方法降低决策复杂度。

Engrafting L.A.Zadeh one branch fuzzy decision theory with RSA algorithm in information security, this paper gives concepts of multi-cooperation encryption and multi-cooperation sharing fuzzy decision; innovatively gives mathematical structures of group encryption and multi-group sharing fuzzy decision; finally gives safe fuzzy decision algorithm and its applications; safe fuzzy decision is a new direction of fuzzy decision research.

将L.A.Zadeh单枝模糊决策理论与信息安全中的RSA算法相互嫁接，相互渗透，提出了多合作加密与多合作共享模糊决策的概念；创新性地给出了集团加密与多集团共享模糊决策的数学结构；最后给出安全模糊决策算法以及它的应用；安全模糊决策是模糊决策研究的一个新的方向。
