The results show that TSN inhibits the delayed rectifying potassium current obviously when extracellularly applying 1×10〓g/ml TSN. The effect is dose-dependent and partial revisable. It develops slowly, and so does its recovering after washing. TSN also accelerates the inactivation of I〓, and this effect is much like that of Verapamil, Nifedipine and -Bay K 8644 on I〓 at NG108-15 cells. In addition, similar effects on I〓 are also observed when intracellularly applying TSN.

实验结果显示，细胞外施加1×10〓g/ml TSN明显降低I〓的幅度，作用呈量-效关系，部分可逆；TSN作用的出现和冲洗后的恢复过程都是缓慢的；TSN不但降低I〓的幅度而且还使之失活变快，这种效应同Verapamil、Nifedipine、-Bay K 8644对NG108-15细胞的I〓的作用相似；另外，将TSN施于细胞内，对I〓也有同胞外施加TSN相似的作用。

主要内容及结论：1充氡后利用计算机连续进行电离电流累积测量，得到了精细的电流随时间的变化曲线，可清楚看出氡及其子体的生成衰变造成的电离电流的生长—稳定—衰减过程，与理论计算值进行了比较，由电离电流衰减速度的变化得出氡吸附作用的影响，并测量到电离室冲洗后氡的反扩散现象；2由已知活度的标准源定出相对测量的刻度系数K值，K=24.62 Bq／pA，对同一个监测源以半年为周期进行多次测量后得出稳定性符合要求；3通过测量电离电流和气压的关系曲线以及不同气压下的饱和曲线，确定了常规的工作条件；4测量了盐酸清洗电离室内表面降低本底的效果；5不确定度分析表明相对测氡的扩展不确定度(k=2)小于5％，由本底涨落得出探测下限为0.5 Bq；6理论上对壁损失修正进行了计算，实验上保持电离室工作在饱和区的情况下，测量了不同气压下电离电流的变化，从中得出了壁损失随气压变化的规律，可以看出，电离电流的实测值和计算值随气压变化规律基本一致；当气压大于125 kPa时，端效应等其它因素造成的影响不大于2％，因而在此工作条件下，测量电离电流后通过计算修正壁损失可以实现近似的绝对测氡，提出了进一步提高绝对测量准确度的方法。

The results show that the possible reasons of the catalyst deactivation are as follows : the suspended substances such as slightly soluble dyes in the wastewater and uncrystallized c produced in the potocatalytic reaction are adsorped on the surface of TiO2 ;some inorganic ions occupy the active center of photocatalyst, or precipitate on its surface ;the supported quantity of TiO2 decreases with long time use and repeated washing.

实验结果说明，催化剂活性下降的主要原因有：废水中不溶于水的染料等悬浮物和催化反应中产生的无定形碳在催化剂表面的吸附；高含量的无机离子对催化剂活性位的占据或在表面的沉积；长时间的使用和反复冲洗使TiO2负载量减少。

Briefly, coronal brain sections (100 mm)were cut with a vibratome, postfixed with 4% glutaraldehydein 0.1 mmol/L cacodylate buffer (pH 7.4) for 1 h, andthen with 1% osmium tetroxide in 0.1 mmol/L cacodylatebuffer for 2 h. Flow of the inert gas is 0.2L/min, the voltage is 3.1 V, temperature is 900℃and time changes with the mass of TiO2 during electrolysis, namely the greater need the longer time; To eliminate influence of salt and other impurities, the products need to wash with distilled water and dilute chlorhydric acid , then wash with dilute hydrochloric acid under supersonic wave assistant. Finally, electrometical properties of the electrolysis of TiO2 is researched by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry, and results show that there are two main reodox steps, namely from TiO2 to TiO and from TiO to Ti.

阴极制备主要包括40MPa压力下模压成型、两段式烧结(1小时内升至550℃保温1小时，再1小时升温至900℃保温8小时)及烧结后TiO2块打孔用钼棒串接三个主要环节；实验中选用CaCl2作为电解熔盐，并对其进行预处理(100℃，保温1小时； 300℃，保温2小时)；经热力学计算，还原钛氧化物的氧分压至少要低于5.11×10-7Pa，结合电解过程中所用熔盐CaCl2有极强的吸水性的特点，电解装置应有较高的密封性，自行设计了一套密封性可靠的电解装置，便于实验过程中熔盐预处理和氧分压的控制；通过干燥处理预电解过程中Ar流量大约为1.5L/min、电压为2.8 V、温度为850℃、时间为2小时，电解过程中Ar流量大约为0.2L/min、电压为3.1V、温度为900℃，实验结果表明电解时间与TiO2质量密切相关，质量越大需要电解的时间越长；通过自来水冲洗—稀盐酸浸泡、洗涤—在超声波辅助作用下稀盐酸洗涤，可减少熔盐及其它杂质对电解产物检测结果的影响；最后，通过循环伏安法、计时电流法对电解机理的研究，确定电解还原TiO2制备金属钛主要经历了TiO2-TiO-Ti的过程。
