Anilido-imino nickel complex 1 {(C6H3Me2-2,6)N=CH-5-NO2-C6H3N (C6H3Me2-2,6)}NiBr was first synthesized, and its catalytic behavior toward polymerizations of norbornene and ethylene in the presense of methylaluminoxane were investigated in detail. The complex activated with methylaluminoxane exhibited high activities for norbornene polymerization.

首次合成了苯胺基亚胺镍配合物1{(C6H3Me2-2，6)N=CH-5-NO2-C6H3N(C6H3Me2-2，6)}NiBr，研究了其在助催化剂甲基铝氧烷的作用下对降冰片烯、乙烯的均聚以及对降冰片烯和乙烯的共聚的催化性能。

by summarizing and analysing the progress on studies of pharmacodynamic material basis of resuscitation-inducing aromatic herbs such as moschus,borneolum syntheticum,styrax,benzoinum, and exploring the generality of those herbs,to provide scientific reference for further studies on the relevance of common substance ,nature and the efficiency of restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation of those herbs.the result indicates that those four resuscitation-inducing aromatic herbs mainly contain volatile oil ,and all contain alicyclic compounds; the volatile oil of borneolum syntheticum and styrax both contain sesquiterpenes of caryophyllene; as resin herbs , styrax and benzoinum both contain vanillin, resin ester and balsamic acid .

通过对芳香开窍药麝香、冰片、苏合香、安息香的药效物质基础研究进展的整理、分析，探索其共性，拟为深入研究该类药的共性物质—药性—开窍醒神效应之间的关联性提供科学参考。结果表明，四味芳香开窍药主含挥发油，均含有脂环化合物，并存在一些共有成分，如龙脑冰片与苏合香挥发油中均含有倍半萜类成分石竹烯；苏合香和安息香皆为树脂类中药，两者均含有香荚兰醛成分，尚含树脂酯，香脂酸等。

We discovered that the mechanisms of borneol opening BBB involved (1) promoting the tight junction of endothelial cells opening:(2) increasing the quantity of pinocytosis vesicle in endothelial cells and enhance the pinocytosis;(3) inhibiting the activation of P-glycoprotein (P-glycoprotein is an efflux pump of drugs) and increase the permeability of BBB;(4) reducing the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in brain microvessel endothelial cells;(5) increasing the concentration of Ca〓 in brain microvessel endothelial cells;(6) increasing the activation of eNOS in brain microvessel endothelial cells.

随后，在对冰片开放血脑屏障的机制作进一步的研究时又发现，冰片开放血脑屏障的机制包括以下几个方面：(1)冰片可使血脑屏障内皮细胞间的紧密连接开放；(2)冰片能使内皮细胞内的囊泡数量增加，吞饮功能增强；(3)冰片能抑制P-糖蛋白的活性（P-糖蛋白是一种药物外排泵），而使血脑屏障的通透性增加；(4)冰片能使脑微血管内皮细胞ICAM-1表达量减少；(5)冰片使脑微血管内皮细胞内的Ca〓浓度升高；(6)冰片可升高脑微血管内皮细胞eNOS的活性。

Results: Reaction of apinene and anhydrous oxalic acid afforded bornyl oxalate smoothly and borneol was obtained from bornyl oxalate by saponification with NaOH solution.

结果：酯化反应能顺利进行生成草酸冰片酯，草酸冰片酯和NaOH发生皂化反应后得到冰片。

Thirdly, on the basis of the optimal reaction conditions of synthesis of borneolacetate, using borneol 、 isoborneol, acetic acid, propionate、 butyrate and isobutyric acid as the starting material and nanometer solid superacid (S_2O_8)~(2-)/ZrO_2 or (SO_4)~(2-)/ZrO_2-La_2O_3 as the catalyst ,a series of compounds ( borneol ester and isoborneol ester ) which had six new compounds were prepared.
