During this short 1 day Kundalini Yoga workshop, the methods Teacher used not only Asana, Pranayam, Bhandas, Mudras, Meditation, Chanting etc the normal Yogic methods, also included the Laughing Yoga, Healing Pranayamand different excercises that worked on the Chakras.
