Collecting a total of 102 cases(107eyes) of pations with traumatic optic neuropathy that underwent edoscopic optic nerve decompression surgery during December 1999 - April 2008 line,retrospective analysis of CT performance for the optic canal and paranasal sinuses,and Comparison of them with surgical results.102 cases of patients performed routine and coronal axial sinus CT scans,the optic canal zone wi th thin target scan,line of nasal tip and the anterior clinoid process connection as baseline for axis scan,and the vertical line of "bed nasal line" as baseline for coronal scan.

方法收集1999年12月-2008年4月间在青医附院耳鼻喉科行鼻内镜下视神经减压手术的外伤性视神经病患者的病例，共102例(107眼)，回顾分析其鼻窦及视神经管CT表现，并查看手术记录描述，将CT结果与术中所见情况进行对比分析。102例患者术前常规行轴位及冠状位鼻窦CT扫描，视神经管区行薄层靶扫描，以骨性鼻尖与前床突的连线为轴位扫描基线，以&床鼻线&的垂直线为冠状位扫描基线。

Methods Nineteen bone impacted and unerupted teeth in 18 cases selected by orthopantomograph were scanned by 3DX-CT with 1.0 mm slice thickness. Images obtained by 3DX-CT (horizontally, sagittally, coronally) were analyzed after multi-plane reconstruction and 3D reconstruction including the angle of the bone axis impacted and unerupted teeth; maximum radius of the coronal teeth; distances between the tooth and the cortical bone around; distances to the neighboring tooth roots and nerve forum canal; the thickness of the bone tissue, etc.

对经曲面断层片筛选出的18例19枚埋伏牙进行牙科三维CT检查，扫描层厚1.0mm，重建后进行图像三维断面显示（包括水平位，矢状位，冠状位），对牙位图像进行分析及测量（包括埋伏牙牙长轴的角度，牙根弯曲度，牙冠的最大径，与骨皮质的距离，与邻牙根、神经孔／管的距离；骨质的厚度、高度等）。

Our surgical protocol included fixation or replacement of the radial head, fixation of the coronoid fracture if possible, repair of associated capsular and lateral ligamentous injuries, and in selected cases repair of the medial collateral ligament and/or adjuvant hinged external fixation.

我们回顾性研究了两个大学的附属医院的36个患者（36个肘关节），都有肘关节脱位伴桡骨头和冠状突骨折。我们的外科原则包括桡骨头的固定及置换，可能的冠状突固定。

METHODS: From June 2007 to March 2009, 8 patients with terrible triad of the elbow were treated. The fracture of the radial head was classified according to the system of Mason, with typeⅠ in 1 patients, type Ⅱ in 6 and type Ⅲ in 1; fracture of the coronoid process was classified according to the system of Regan and Morrey, with type Ⅰin 2 patients, type Ⅱ in 5, and type Ⅲ in 1. The hollow lag screws and Herbert screws were used to fixe coronoid process and radial head fractures, and repair Annular ligament. Lateral collateral ligament was repaired in 1 case. All injured extremities were treated with a posterior plaster splint with the elbow joint held in 90° of flexion and the forearm in neutral rotation for 2-3 weeks followed by elbow rehabilitation training.

于2007-06/2009-03共收治肘关节恐怖三联征患者8例，其中尺骨冠突骨折按 Regan-Morrey法分类：Ⅰ型2例，Ⅱ型5例，Ⅲ型1例；桡骨头骨折按Mason法分类：Ⅰ型1例，Ⅱ型6例，Ⅲ型1例。8例患者均采取了内固定治疗，采用中空拉力螺钉或Herbert螺钉固定冠突和桡骨头骨折，修补环状韧带，1例缝合修复肘外侧副韧带，术后屈肘90°旋前中立位，以塑形良好的高分子管型石膏固定两三周后开始屈伸和旋转康复训练。

结果如下：树干茎流量与降雨量成线性相关，回归方程达到极显著水平；6种森林类型的树干茎流量从大到小依次为阔叶林、针阔混交林、柏木林、针叶混交林、马尾松林和灌草地；不同树种间的树干茎流量差异极显著，影响树干茎流量的主要树体特征因子是冠型结构、胸径和平均冠幅。

The Schiff base transitional metal complexes of various structures and their metallomicelles as peroxidase models for the phenol and phenolic derivant oxidation have been investigated. Some results are obtained from the studies:(1) the Schiff base transitional metal complexes have high catalytic activity for the phenol and phenolic derivant oxidation, and the structure of the complexes has a great effect on its catalytic activity;(2)a novel kinetic mathematical model for the complexes and their metallomicelles catalyzing the phenolic derivant oxidation has been established;(3) the feasibility and mechanism for the phenolic derivant oxidation catalyzed by the metallomicelle(as the mimetic model of peroxidase)have been discussed.

研究了冠醚Schiff碱金属配合物作为过氧化物酶的模拟模型对酚类物质氧化反应的催化作用，取得如下结果：(1)几种冠醚Schiff碱金属配合物对催化酚类物质氧化具有良好的催化活性，其中配体结构对其催化活性有较大的影响；(2)建立了金属配合物与表面活性剂形成的金属胶束催化酚类物质氧化反应的动力学数学模型；(3)探讨了金属胶束模拟过氧化物酶催化酚类氧化反应的可行性及其机理。
