Farmers will receive maximum preference in insurance fee and during the experiment period, farmers will be given 200 yuan per family as the government subsidy. Each family will get security from 650,000 to 850,000 yuan as a return of paying only 300 yuan.

Six conclusions have been drawn from the study:(1) WWF Yangtze Programme in Xipanshanzhou Polders has resulted in four outcomes, including more income, increased wellbeings, reduced vulnerability, more sustainable use of the natural resource base.

得出6个结论：①WWF在西畔山洲垸的替代生计示范项目增加了农户的收入和福利，降低了脆弱性，增强可持续利用的自然资源基础；②妇女、老人以及低收入群体从项目中获益；③参加项目的农户比未参加项目的农户拥有更多的收入和财产；④与2000年项目开始时相比，生计水平有了持续的改善；⑤生计改善的原因是当地社区的积极参与、国家政策机遇、伙伴关系的建立、社区基层组织建设以及适应性管理方法的应用；⑥鱼类和水鸟等返回已恢复的湿地。

This thesis insists that farmer household should be re-cognition in such condition, which analyzes peasants in a developing and historical process. The thesis tries to prove that peasants are at the entrance of socialized small agricultural economy stage although the scale of farmer household' s management is still too small. It also points out that peasants are engulfing into an open mobile socialized system with division of labor, which is far-off closed traditional small agricultural economy.

本文基于家庭经营体制长期不变的条件，提出&重识农户&，即将农户放在历史变迁的过程中加以考察，认为，尽管当今的农户经营规模小，但他们已越来越深地进入或者被卷入到一个开放的、流动的、分工的社会化体系中来，与传统的封闭的小农经济形态渐行渐远，进入到社会化小农的阶段。
