Part I: The author from the agricultural insurance system starting with the general analysis of the agricultural insurance system,as well as the concept of agricultural insurance in itself and ferreting out its theoretical sources(economic theory, political theory and legal theory origin),The paper further explain the agricultural insurance system with the six aspects of function and value.

第一部分：笔者从农业保险制度的一般分析入手，对农业保险制度的概念以及农业保险本身的特征进行了界定，并深挖其理论渊源（经济学理论、政治学理论和法学理论渊源），从而进一步阐释了农业保险制度所具有的六个方面的功能与价值。

And try to design the fitful agriculture insurance mode of China.

本课题就是从我国多年来农业保险经营所取得的成就和发现的问题出发，结合世界各国从事农业保险经营模式的实践和经验，分析保监会所提出的这五种农业保险经营模式，并尝试设计适合我国国情的农业保险经营模式。

In view of the status of the research on agricultural production macro decision support system, in the main body of this paper, the writer firstly probe into the theory of agricultural production macro decision support system, it includes the definition, basic characteristics, function, the theoretic frame structure of agricultural production macro decision support system and the structure of software.

农业生产宏观决策支持系统的研究是为了适应我国农业生产经营体制变革和经营观念转变的需要，实现农业生产宏观决策的科学化和现代化，保证资源永续利用和农业可持续发展的需要而正式立项的科研课题。

The results showed that grassland and farmland were the main land use types of research area with obvious reciprocal transformation. Grassland was mainly transferred to farmland in 1975-1990. Farmland was chiefly converted to grassland, and grassland tended to increase in 1990-2004. The landscape diversity in the study area rose with the contagion index decreasing and fragmentation degree being intensified during 1975-2000. The advantageous patches maintained good connectivity with the increasing patch cohesion index and the decreasing landscape fragmentation during 2000-2004. The change of human interference intensity played an important role on the variation of land use structure. Land use intensity was mainly affected by the changes in population as well as national land use policies. In the following 20 years, the agriculture land area would tend to decrease, the grassland and unused land area would have a slight reduction by contrasting the increasing the forest land area notably.

结果表明，近30 a来，草地和农业用地面积在该研究区占居主导地位，并且它们之间发生着明显的相互转化。1975－1990年，草地主要向农业用地转移，1990－2004年农业用地主要转化为草地，草地面积增加；1975－2000年，研究区景观多样性升高，蔓延度指数下降，破碎化程度加剧；2000－2004年景观内优势斑块具有了很好的连接性，聚集度增大，整体景观格局破碎化程度降低；人为干扰强度的变化对土地利用结构的变化具有重要作用，土地利用强度主要受人口数量以及国家土地利用政策的影响；在未来20 a间农业用地面积会继续减小，草地、未利用土地面积将有小幅度降低，林地面积会显著增加。

The results shows:most periodical is bimonthly and there are only 4 semimonthly publications;the start publication time is centralized in 80 decade,20 century;publication area of the most periodical is Beijing city and the other periodical is in Jiangsu,Liaoning,Shanxi,Heilongjiang,Henan,Hubei and Zhejiang province;most periodical join in network with pe- riodicals network and there are few independence web site;there are 19 forestry kernel periodicals is summed up to agri- cultural key periodical.

历时两年时间，对我国公开出版的农业期刊进行了评选，于创】万年推出了中国农业核心期刊2田万版。中国农业核心期刊的推出，无疑给农业类期刊提供了一个更多的参考标准与依据。笔者无意对其评选的公正性等方面作深人探讨，而只是对入选期刊进行一个粗略的分析，以窥核心期刊之概况，并以此供期刊界同仁参考。

研究结果表明：在34个因子中人均农业总产值、粮食单产、芦苇地占地率、农业用地率、城镇化水平是黄河三角洲可持续土地利用的主要障碍因素，其中芦苇地占地率在1996年以后始终是第一障碍因素，而人均农业总产值的限制主要出现在1998年之前，之后对可持续土地利用未构成障碍；粮食单产和农业用地率的影响主要出现在1996年以后；林草覆盖率、公顷耕地农机总动力和农村电气化水平在一半以上的年份对可持续土地利用构成障碍；在1994年之前，农民人均收入障碍度较大，是主要的障碍因素。

Because of the poor management of the livestock farm and its disjointing with agriculture, a large amount of the livestock wastes are disposed at random, which pollutes the water, soil and air, effects the health of people, destroys the biological environment, and disturbs the further development of the livestock industry.

随着农业结构调整和农业产业化的推进，规模化、集约化畜禽养殖业的迅猛发展，规模由小到大，范围由点到面，成为发展农村经济和农民致富的重要途径之一，但由于畜禽养殖业管理薄弱和农业与养殖业脱节，致使大量畜禽粪便、污染物随意排放和流失，不仅对水体、土壤及空气造成了污染，影响了人们的健康，破坏了农业生态环境，而且成为畜禽养殖业可持续性发展的瓶颈。

Environmental change provides a drive for adjustment of agricultural structure , but whether the adjustment can be actualised in time will depend upon a collaboration of social political and economic environment and agricultural technology .

环境变迁对农业结构调整的影响不是简单的响应过程，是在多种因素共同作用下完成的，环境变迁为农业结构的调整提供了动力，但农业结构是否能够及时调整还要得到社会政治经济环境和农业技术环境的配合。

However, the impact of environmental change on adjustment of agricultural structure is not simply a matter of passive echo but is effected by a joint operation of a variety of factors. environmental change provides a drive for adjustment of agricultural structure, but whether the adjustment can be actualised in time will depend upon a collaboration of social political and economic environment and agricultural technology.
