Based on the Changxing Agricultural Geologic Environment Survey in Zhejiang Province, the paper marks the abnormal plot of some elements in the soil of surface layer in Meishan Basin, such as Cd、Hg、As、Ni、Pb、S、Br、Cl、F, and lays emphasis on the spatial distribution of the abnormalism, and also evaluates the environmental quality of soil and shallow groundwater preliminarily. The results show that enormous coal gangue was stacked with open-air as a result of coal mining of Meishan Basin.
