In this paper we study the method of interpolation by radial basis functions in H~k(k ≥ 1) and give some error estimates. By means of such interpolation with a special kind of radial basis function, we construct a basis in H~k(k ≥ 1). Combined with the Galerkin method, this theory can be applied to solve boundary value problems for elliptic partial differential equations (such as the third boundary value problem for Poisson equation and the corresponding problem for the biharmonic equation), and some numerical experiments are also given.

We used NCAR/NCEPT anew analyze data and the method of bilinearity insert to fix on profile distribution of several physical field in the air on observation point and the stream field of 700hPa. We primary discussed the possible mechanism to influence aerosol size distribution.The atmospheric condition of 1000hPa~700hPa level had great influence on aerosol size distribution, and influence on coarse particle mainly below 850hPa level. The horizontal wind velocity of 925hPa level is a primary gene which contributed to coarse particles in the air. Vorticity profile especially below 700hPa level is a key gene to influence diffuse and convergence of local aerosol. The air vertical motion velocity greatly influenced aggregation and remove of aerosol particles. The vertical distribution of air temperature mainly influenced vertical transportation of aerosol.

Subline matching method based on binary system small wave transform is proposed, which expliots the character that the model maximum point of spline binary small wave transform coefficient at different scales can provide position information of signal's fast changing point. The matching scheme from thick to thin for point matching is adapted. Then, the point to point matching is calculated with the sequence consistent principle in each subline.
