It can be driven by low grade energies, such as waste heat and solar energy. In this work, a novel energy efficient air-conditioning system utilizing liquid desiccant is introduced, after the author sums up the previous researches. At first, fresh air from the atmosphere is dehumidified by direct contact with strong liquid desiccant in the dehumidifier; after being cooled by the evaporative cooling sub-system the process air is blown into the air-conditioning space.

在该系统中，环境空气作为新风进入除湿器与除湿溶液接触时被除去部分的水分；干燥的空气再通过蒸发冷却子系统处理，降低温度后送入空调房间达到对室内降温、调湿的目的；吸湿后的除湿溶液被喷入再生塔，在热源作用下再生，这样溶液就可以循环利用。

According to the theoretical analysis,the results show that the fresh air dehumidified before mixed with return air is more energy-saving among many kinds of realization shapes.Indoor exhaust used as regeneration air can also reduce the total energy consumption of the system.It may enhance the regeneration property when the recuperator is adopted to absorb energy to preheat the dilute liquid.

对此空调系统进行理论分析，得出如下结论：在溶液除湿蒸发冷却空调系统的多种实现形式中，新风经除湿后与回风混合比新回风混合后再除湿节能；将室内排风返回溶液再生器，进行热湿交换，既可加强对处理空气的预冷，回收排风冷量，又可提高再生器的效率，降低系统能耗；把回热器吸收除湿浓溶液中的部分热量用于溶液再生器的稀溶液预热，可以提高溶液的再生性能。

On the basis of experiment analyses we would got that, When arc met with chute, it was blocked and had a stagnation, this made hot gas flow incrase near the chute; After arc went into the chute, mental vapor from arc root would lower the dielectric strength near the chute, meanwhile, High value of arc voltage and the corase face of the chute made electric strength increase. These factors might give rise to local restriking near the chute, and made arc voltage drop suddenly.

总结实验结果并加以分析，本文提出了这样的观点：电弧进入栅片时，在入口处受阻后的停滞，会使该区域的热气流增加；进入栅片后，弧根蒸发的金属蒸汽、电弧热气流会降低栅片入口区域的介质强度；电弧被栅片分割后，电压急剧上升，再加上栅片表面的不均匀会使局部区域的电场强度显著增加，这些因素的综合作用会导致电弧在栅片入口附近发生局部重击穿，引起电弧电压电压跌落。

The results showed that flow rate of feed, steam pressure, rotation speed are the major controllable factors. Results of the eighteen groups of experiments based on L18(21×37) orthogonal array indicated that the significance of influence is in the order of rotation speed＞steam pressure＞feed flow .

本研究选用进料量、蒸气压力、转速，作为田口法的控制因子，并以薄膜蒸发器蒸发率作为品质特性，应用田口法L18(21×37)直交表规划18组实验，所得结果再以田口方法及全因子实验法找出最佳化操作条件，并实际应用於某光电厂。
