An ultra-high strength, weldable, low alloy steel with excellent cryogenic temperature toughness in the base plate and in the heat affected zone when welded, having a tensile strength greater than 830 MPa (120 ksi) and a micro-laminate microstructure comprising austenite film layers and fine-grained martensite/lower bainite laths, is prepared by heating a steel slab comprising iron and specified weight percentages of some or all of the additives carbon, manganese, nickel, nitrogen, copper, chromium, molybdenum, silicon, niobium, vanadium, titanium, aluminum, and boron; reducing the slab to form plate in one or more passes in a temperature range in which austenite recrystallizes; finish rolling the plate in one or more passes in a temperature range below the austenite recrystallization temperature and above the Ar3 transformation temperature; quenching the finish rolled plate to a suitable Quench Stop Temperature; stopping the quenching; and either, for a period of time, holding the plate substantially isothermally at the QST or slow-cooling the plate before air cooling, or simply air cooling the plate to ambient temperature.

在基体板以及焊接时的热影响区处的低温韧性优异的超高强度、可焊接、低合金钢具有高于830MPa（120ksi）的抗拉强度，并且具有包含奥氏体薄膜层和细晶粒的马氏体／下贝氏体板条的显微层状组织，所述钢的制备过程为：加热含有铁以及特定重量百分比的添加元素的钢坯，所述添加元素为碳，锰，镍，氮，铜，铬，钼，硅，铌，钒，钛，铝，以及硼中的一些或全部；在奥氏体可发生再结晶的温度范围内，采用一个或多个道次，将所述钢坯轧制成板材；在低于奥氏体再结晶温度但高于Ar 3 转变点的温度下，采用一个或多个道次对所述板材进行终轧；将所述终轧板材淬火至一适当淬火终止温度；停止所述淬火；或者在空冷前在QST点基本等温保持所述板材一段时间，或者对所述板材进行缓慢冷却，或者只是简单地将所述板材空冷至室温。

Therefore, baculovirus was the pathogen of this disease. When checking up on site, it was found that there were a lot of bateria in hepatopancreas and hearts. The healthy shrimps injected with homogenated tissue suspension of diseased ones died earlier and quicker than that injected with same suspension but eliminated bacteria. So, if shrimps injected with virus, then reinfected with bacteria, its condition will be worse and died quickly.

BMSCs were isolated, depurated, cultivanted, and identified,then incubated with the concentration of 25μg Fe per milliliter at 37℃in 5% CO2. The labeled cells were stained by Prussian blue/trypan blue,and observed under fluorescent microscope.2. The labeled cells of different density (1×104/ml,5×104/ml,1×105/ml,5×105/ml,1×106 /ml,5×106/ml)were imaged by MRI with T1WI, T2WI and T2*WI sequences;and the same density (5×104/ml,1×105/ml)labeled cells were imaged by T2*WI sequences at different time.Then the signal intensities were measured and statistically analyzed.3. The model of rabbit renal ischemia-reperfusion injury was set up and treated. Then BMSCs(5×105)were injected into 16 recipient rabbits(1abeled cells in 10,unlabeled cells in 6)from ear vein.MR images of kidneys were obtained respectively at the time points of 0,1,3,5, 8 days after transplantation and before transplantation. MR imaging findings were analyzed,which were correlated with histological findings.

实验方法1分离、纯化、培养、鉴定兔BMSCs并以SPIO以25μg Fe/ml培养液浓度标记，对标记后不同时间的细胞行普鲁士蓝染色和台盼蓝拒染后显微镜观察。2将不同细胞浓度标记细胞管(1×104/ml、5×104/ml、1×105/ml、5×105/ml、1×106/ml、5×106/ml)，以不同扫描序列T1WI，T2WI，T2*WI(GRE进行MR成像，再选择相同细胞浓度组(5×104/ml、1×105/ml)进行不同时相MR成像，并测量信号强度，进行统计学分析。3缺血再灌注肾损伤模型建立和处理，然后将标记和未标记细胞(5×105个)经耳缘静脉移植入家兔体内(共16只：注入标记细胞者10只，注入未标记细胞者6只)，两组均于注射前、注射后第0、1、3、5、8天应用MRI对移植细胞进行活体示踪并与肾脏组织切片对照，然后对收集的信号强度进行统计学分析。
