本发明涉及一种银色高氯化聚乙烯外防腐涂料及制造方法，是将高氯化聚乙烯树脂加入二甲苯和醋酸丁酯的混合溶剂中，再加入环氧树脂、氯化石蜡、环氧氯丙烷、聚丙烯酸酯共聚体溶液、聚甲基烷基硅氧烷溶液、聚酰胺蜡、铝银浆经混合、搅拌、研磨制成银色高氯化聚乙烯外防腐涂料，可用于储罐、化工设备、钢架、桥梁、集装箱的外防腐蚀。

In this research, mixed SAM of HS-(CH2)15-CH3 and HS-(CH2)15-COOH was immobilized on gold substrate through chemical bond, and PEG and PMB were in sequence linked to the –COOH terminal groups on the SAM sureface by EDC/NHS amide coupling. The PMB immobilized surface was applied to study its specific and nonspecific interactions with LPS by ellipsometry and by SPR spectroscopy. The modified surface is characterized by FTIR, XPS, ellipsometry and contact angle measurements.
