Methods:Sparfloxacin sodium was synthesized in alkaline condition with sparfloxacin, and then sparfloxacin sodium react with zinc sulfate to sparfloxacin zinc;Sparfloxacin zinc ointment was prepared with vaseline and lanolin as drug excipient and the concentration of sparfloxacin zinc was analyzed with ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer;Burn patients were treated with sparfloxacin zinc ointment and other routine techniques.

用司帕沙星做原料，在碱性条件下反应生成司帕沙星钠，司帕沙星钠再和硫酸锌反应生成司帕沙星锌：以凡士林和羊毛脂为基质制备软膏剂，用分光光度法检测主药的含量，以临床烧伤患者为使用对象，司帕沙星锌软膏剂配合其他常规治疗方法治疗烧伤疾病。

Chemiluminescent immunoassay is one of the advanced immunoassay ofnon-radioisotopic immunoassay because of its high sensitivity, wide dynamic range,high accuracy, stable labeled protein, full automation and extensive application field.CLIA using acridinium ester derivatives as chemiluminescent label has advantages oflow background, high signal-to-noise ratio, no need of catalyst and simpleluminescence system. Different aspects associating the DMAE·NHS-based CLIA were studied in thisthesis, including synthesis of acridinium ester, chemiluminescentcharacteristics of DMAE·NHS, labelling antibody or streptavidin with DMAE·NHS,two-site sandwich chemiluminescent immunoassay for TSH, two-sitesandwich chemiluminescent immunoassay involved biotin-streptavidinsystem for TSH, and competitive chemiluminescent immunoassay usingbiotin-streptavidin system for TT〓. The desired acridinium ester, DMAE·NHS, was synthesized according to thereference method with some modifications. The products were identified by IR, NMR,MS and elemental analysis. In our method, KOH was used in place of NaOH tosynthesize benzyl ester of 3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid,2',6'-dimethyl-4'-(n-succinimidyloxycarbonyl) phenyl-acridinium-9-carboxylate waspurified on a silica gel column with chloroform/ethylacetate(4:1, v/v) as eluent andfurther purified by triturating with hexane/acetone(2:1, v/v).

DMAE·NHS的合成是本论文的关键和难点，我们对文献方法进行改进：文献方法用氢氧化钠与3，5-二甲基-4-羟基苯甲酸反应制得3，5-二甲基-4-羟基苯甲酸钠，再用3，5-二甲基-4-羟基苯甲酸钠与苄氯作用制备3，5-二甲基-4-羟基苯甲酸苄酯，我们用氢氧化钾代替氢氧化钠，使合成取得成功；在合成2'，6'-二甲基-4'-苯基-吖啶-9-甲酸酯时，文献方法对粗产品进行两次硅胶柱层析纯化，第一次柱层析用氯仿／乙酸乙酯(4∶1，V∶V)作溶剂和淋洗剂，第二次柱层析用己烷／丙酮(2∶1，V∶V)作溶剂和淋洗剂，按照文献方法得到的不是所需要的化合物，我们只进行第一次柱层析纯化，然后用己烷／丙酮(2∶1，V∶V)进行研磨，过滤，洗涤，除去溶于己烷／丙酮(2∶1，V∶V)的部分，得到所需要的产品。

In order to develop an useful synthestic process, we have synthesized amides with various substitutents. The isoquinoline skeleton was constructed through Bischler-Napieralski reaction, followed by asymmetric reduction of the imine intermediates with a Ru complex to form the only chiral center. Finally, we connected the two phenyl groups by Heck reaction and effectively obtained optically active aporphine alkaloids.

为了发展一套实用的合成方法，我们首先制备於苯环上具有不同种取代基的苯乙醯胺，接著透过Bischler-Napieralski反应进行分子内合环，并利用钌金属对亚胺中间体进行不对称的还原反应，建立出产物中唯一的光学活性中心，最后再利用Heck反应连结两个苯环，就可以顺利得到具有光学选择性的阿朴吩类天然物。

METHODS:AsOR was conjugated to PL by EDC; The active ester of PEG derivative was reacted with the amino groups in PEI to form PEG-PEI conjugate; DNA was first complexed with PEG-PEI and then with AsOR-PL. In vitro transfection experiment was conducted in the galactose receptor positive Huh-7 cells.

Methods］ Healthy SD rats were divided randomly into 6 group, including: normal control group(sham-operation), ischemia for 45 min (reperfusion 0h, n=6), reperfusion 2,4,12 and 24 hr group. Renal ischemia reperfusion injury models were founded in other five groups, opened abdominal and placed atraumatic vascular champ in dual kidney pedicle for 45 minutes,followed by reperfusion 2,4,12 and 24 hr.
