The theory on human nature in modern times can be categorized into three kinds , and one of them is to explain human nature starting from biology and whereby appeared Humanity of Lorentz "intrinsic attack theory", Skinner "acts of conditions and so on; another one aims to explain human nature from the spirit and psychology , and whereupon Humanity of Freud's " psychoanalysis theory", Sartre's "humanity on antitheism" appears; the last one aims to explain human nature from both society and culture, and whereupon bring about Lucy.Benedict's "cultural determinism" Erich Fromm's "social determinism, and so on.

Based on morphological and biological studies, 36character transformation series of 10 species of the genu Apanteles Foerster and 2 species of the genu Dolichogenidea Viereck were recognized. Through analysis of character polarity using the method of outgroup analysis, two and multiple character data matrixe were obtained. The data is analysed through PHYLIP(Phylogeny Inference Package, version 3.6) software based on the method of cladistics, a majority rule consensus tree and a strict consensus tree constructed at last.

Pneumoniae FH strain was cloned and the sequence was analysed by M13 DNA sequencing method. The result confirmed the fidelity and specificity of the amplified target DNA segment by PCP, and suggested that two categories of MP P1 gene still exist a few differences even in the conservation region. The cloning MP DNA segment was labelled by random hexanucleotide priming, after hybridization, the probe detection was completed using an anti-digoxigenin antibody alkaline phosphatase conjugate, and the substrates 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate and nitro blue tetrazolium. This hybridization system is much superior to the radioactive probe hybridization, because it is safe, easy to handle and has no limitation of decay time. The time required for colormetic detection is also much less than the corresponding autoradiographic exposure time needed to achieve similar detection limits with 32P-labelled probes. The Dig-probes could be used repeatedly, and this made them not only much convenient to use, but also lower the cost, and worthwhile to be used popularly.
