By analyzing the cultivated land data from different sources in different phases after 1949,the paper considers the statistics with more errors happens during 1960-1985.According to the systematic data on land use gathered in the 1996 survey,based on reverse deduction of the cultivated land area from 1986 to 1996,and deduction of the cultivated land area from 1960 to 1985 by stages by employing yield of grain,this paper redescribed the actual changing trend and character of Chinese cultivated land and analyzed the driving force of the policy relative to cultivated land to cultivated land area change.

针对该问题，论文对1949～2003年不同时期不同来源的耕地数据系列进行分析，认为统计数据存在问题较多的时期为1960～1985年，并采用粮食产量对耕地面积进行了分时期的反演，对于1986～1996年间的耕地数量则按照全国土地利用详查统一到1996年的结果再进行反推，由此重新刻画建国以来中国耕地资源数量变化的趋势和特征，并结合不同时段耕地相关政策对耕地数量变化的驱动作用进行分析。

In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of a beam with viscous damping layers are studied. For convenience to analyze by transfer matrix method, the concept of equivalent dissipated energy is utilized to transform the damping layers to be uniformly soloed into the beam body without changing thesis damping effect.

In order to unsterdand the properties of rebound and recompression, this study carried out oedometer tests for six soft clays with three surcharge ratios to simulate surcharging. Properties analyzed in this thesis include: 1 post–surcharge secant secondary compression index; 2 amended post- surcharge secant secondary compression index in which the time starts from load application; 3 time at which secondary compression reappears; 4 post-surcharge secondary compression strain rate.

Owing to production line work condition very severe, the temperature and pressure of the air is high, moreover included many corrosive chemical substance, the general industry camera was unable to work in this condition, so it must indirectly obtain a wiredrawing position image through the special lens, then transmitted to the CCD camera by the optical fiber. Transmit the image information to the PC system through the data-acquisition board. analysis the image information by the image-processing software, again send analysis result to the controller.

本文首先对检测系统进行了硬件设计，根据汽蒸定型的特殊生产环境和工艺要求选择了合适的硬件系统，由于生产线的作业条件非常恶劣，空气高温高压，而且含有许多腐蚀性的化学物质，一般的工业摄像机无法工作，只能通过特种镜头间接获得拉丝点位置的图像，然后通过光纤传送到CCD摄像机，拍摄到的图像信息通过图像采集卡传输到PC系统，由图像处理程序对图像信息进行分析，再给控制器输出分析结果。

This research aims at a domestic management actual situation of professional construction management. To do an integrity study first, and then takes 1996 American Customer Satisfaction Index as a model foundation. Using Partial Least Square algorithm as the analytical tool which studies structure model to construct a professional construction management causal model, the author makes the conclusion that the weight estimated by PLS and the score of Measured Variable construct a management matrix diagram and analyze a key factor of influencing professional construction management service quality to improve a service quality and promote a customer satisfaction. Thus, managers could assign resources correctly to promote customer satisfaction.

本研究首先针对国内工程专案管理实务运作现况做完整探讨，再以1996年美国顾客满意指标(American Customer Satisfaction Index；ACSI)为模型基础，利用部分最小平方演算法，作为研究结构模型的分析工具，尝试建构工程专案管理顾客满意度之因果关系结构模型，并根据PLS所估计出的权重与衡量变数的分数，建构策略管理矩阵图，分析影响工程专案管理服务品质关键因素，作为改进服务品质与提升顾客满意的基础，以利管理者正确分配资源，提升顾客满意度。
