In this paper, the basic theory and work principle of cellular automata were introduced concisely. The influence of strain-rate and temperature on the number of nucleation and the mean size of R-grain, as well as the influence of cooling on ultimate microstructure of blade after forging finished off were considered. The microstructure evolution was simulated successful based on the DEFORM-3D. The simulated results agree well with growth kinetics of dynamic recrystallization of classical theory and physical experiment.

GIS overlaying analysis shows that, the spatial change of Minqin Oasis had the different characteristics in different stage in the last 50 years: at the end of 50's to the beginning of 70%, oasis expandation Was performed by extension of origin oasis; the atrophia of oasis from the beginning from 70's to the 80's was performed by increasing of non-oasis spot pieces of inner part for oasis; the main performance of keeping on expanding of oasis from late 80's to late 90's is outside extension of Baqu oasis near the upper stream, with increased oasis area in interior of hungriness and increased area of non-cultivation in Huqu oasis in the north. From 1998 to 2001, opening up wideness in interior of hungriness continued, but hnngrinessization of oasis became worse. The oases in the Minqin Basin developed from small to large and back to small in terms of area changes, and from south to north then to south in terms of spatial changes.

绿洲分布图的GIS叠加覆盖分析表明，近50年来民勤绿洲的空间变化在不同阶段有不同的特征：50年代末至70年代初，绿洲扩展主要表现为已有绿洲的外延式扩大；70年代初至80年代后期的绿洲萎缩，主要表现为绿洲内部非绿洲斑块增加；80年代后期至90年代后期的持续扩展，主要表现为靠近上游的坝区绿洲向外围扩展和荒漠腹地绿洲面积的增加，而北部湖区绿洲弃耕面积不断扩大；98年至2001年，绿洲荒漠腹地的开荒还在继续，但湖区的绿洲荒漠化还在进一步加剧。50年来民勤绿洲的发展总体上经历了一个面积由小到大再到小，空间位置上从南而北再向南的迁移过程。

Pear clone with low-chilling requirement 'SH-085' were planted in containers under shelter, after being grafted on bird pear rootstocks. Two soil water status treatments were undertaken at three different stages after entering short days. Sampling and defoliation were done respectively on Oct. 19, Nov. 3, Nov. 16 and Dec. 1. And then the defoliated plants were treated with high soil water content (-0.01 MPa~-0.05 MPa) to observe the growth and to analyse the accumulation of carbohydrates at various stages.

METHODS:Hind limbs ischemia was made by clamping infrarenal aorta with a microvascular clip and lung injury was made by following reperfusion. Lung tissue was obtained from the animals subjected to sham operation, 4 h ischemia without reperfusion and 4 h, 8 h, 16 h, 24 h, 48 h reperfusion following 4 h ischemia. The levels of HO-1 mRNA and protein were measured at different times by Northern blot and Western blot.

为了进一步分析注CO2／N2段塞驱对扫油效率的影响，在岩芯驱替实验的基础上对N2推进CO2段塞驱进行了均质剖面、正韵律剖面、反韵律剖面、隔层剖面、层间非均质剖面、层内非均质剖面、实际油藏剖面的数值模拟研究，通过对比研究，初步认为高11油田在开发中后期提高采收率技术上可选取在适当高的压力条件下，先注前置CO2段塞驱，后续再注N2段塞顶替驱，然后再转注水或衰竭开采的驱替方式。
