This research uses secondary data analysis to figure out the recent development of mobile TV around the world, and then apply the frame comprising sociotechnical theory and stakeholder theory to investigate Korea and Taiwan's business operation and management strategies through case study. Referring to the analysis, researcher builds a questionnaire to operate in-depth interviewing to conclude the diffusion barriers of mobile TV in Taiwan.

本文首先对转租的概念进行界定，再与租赁权让与等相近概念进行分析比较，然后列举各国对转租行为的立法模式及立法理由，并对不同立法模式下的转租规定的利弊进行具体分析比较；其次，本文在着重分析了租赁权的性质后，分别阐述了在同意转租和擅自转租情况下转租合同的效力及法律后果，并作了比较详细的比较分析，并探讨了在转租过程中经常引起争议的一些问题，如房屋转租中次承租人是否享有优先购买权及出租人、承租人与次承租人因装修产生的纠纷应如何处理等问题；最后，本文指出了现今关于转租的法律制度方面的缺陷和不足，并阐述了采取自由主义立法模式的优势，最终得出自由主义模式更符合租赁合同的功能作用的倾向性结论，并提出了对完善现行法律规定一些的建议和设想。

XRD was used for analysis in this study, and JIS A1481 analytical method was adopted as reference. Besides, we also took some steps with different pore size, acid concentration, hot water bath and shaking procedure to establish the best conditions for the analysis of building materials.

本研究以X光绕射仪分析，并参考日本JIS A1481分析方法再加以改良，以不同粗细粒径、酸浓度、水浴温度及震荡处理步骤，希望能找出最佳的分析条件并实际应用在建材的分析上。

Firstly, we summed up the process and results of historical research. And then we classified the action morpheme and the noun morpheme. Based on the classification, we analyzed noun morphemes in order to find which kind of noun morpheme is strong to unite and which is the weak ones to centre around the action morpheme. Then we stated, analyzed and accounted for the usage of different semantic categories used in the line situation. We found that action morpheme combined into one by moving the line word was the main line and the main format, and explored and analyzed the role of analogy of noun morpheme line to other formats. Line formation of the word has its own reasons, so the article concluded by examining the formation of the line words' language, social and other reasons at last.

文章着眼于对动、名语素组合成的离合词的语义构成进行分析，探讨了动、名语素组合成离合词的语义选择规律，以动、名语素的语义分类为基点，在分类的基础上，以动语素为中心，分析围绕动语素的名语素义类，分析哪些义类名语素和动语素组合成离合词的能产性较强，即组合的周遍性和数量频度上是最高的，哪些义类组合成离合词的能产性比较弱，试图寻找动语素与名语素组合成离合词在义类上的能产性和周遍性，然后再对不同语义类组合中离合运用的情况进行统计、分析、说明。

在研究方法上，本文以意象分析法为贯穿全文的主要方法，通过对意象的具体分析来****凉山诗群的诗歌世界；在诗人的选择上以其作品的影响力及意义为标准，选择了这一诗群的七位诗人展开论述，他们分别是吉狄马加、吉木狼格、倮伍拉且、马德清、阿库乌雾、阿苏越尔、俄尼·牧莎斯加；在论述过程上，笔者以诗歌的民族性和诗性作为前后贯穿的潜在线索，着重探讨了这一诗群创作的三个主要倾向和三个主要领域，前者详论，后者略述，具体表现在对前三位诗人的论述以诗人论的形式详细展开，探讨他们所代表的凉山诗群发展过程中的三个主要创作倾向，即民族文化的深层开掘、诗艺的实验性探索和艺术哲学的尝试性建构，对后四位诗人的论述则以主题的方式展开，探讨他们所代表的凉山诗群在爱情诗、乡土诗和文化诗三个领域的探索；在文章结构上，全文主要分为两大板块，一是对各位诗人创作的具体意象分析，二是在前文分析的基础上进行理论的整合，以此将前面散珠似的论述贯穿成一个有机整体；在结论上，我们通过整合得出：1、凉山诗人群新时期以来诗歌创作的大致发展脉络：在母族文化的基质之上的多元诗艺探索，其民族文化价值取向呈现为回归—离去—再回归的螺旋式上升形态；2、新时期彝族凉山诗人群汉语诗歌创作的特点，即民族文化意识的深层自觉，对诗性的关注和探索；3、新时期彝族凉山诗人群汉语诗歌创作的缺陷，即情感意蕴的雷同和创作格局的狭小。

Sample matrix are discharged by the pre-column. The mobile phases applied consisted of 0.1% HOAc (pH3.0) acetonitrile-water on extraction column with UV detection at 225nm. Then, coupled-column liquid chromatographic methods for the direct analysis of atrazine and simazine in urine was established.
