The thesis adopts phantom tests with ROC (Receiver operating characteristic) curve analysis to compare cross correlation analysis method with coherence analysis method on Bruker MedSpec 3T system and according to the advantage of coherence analysis method to analysis conventional fMRI and resting-state fMRI.

论文中先采用仿体测试搭配ROC(Receiver operating characteristic)曲线分析比较相关系数法与同调性分析法在Bruker MedSpec 3T system上的表现再根据同调性分析法的优点分析功能性的影像与平静状态功能性影像。

Compared for false masculine and false negatire result in urine analyse;and we have analysed factor of affect as crystal and mucilage and druggery. The result of urine analyzer and the result of microscope have adminicled one another and confirmed one another,both they have different factor of affect. We have collated them and combined clinic symptom, educed correct conclusion.

摘要］对尿液分析中所出现的假阳性，假阴性结果进行了分析比较，对影响尿液测定的结晶，黏液丝，药物等理化因素进行分析，对尿分析仪结果，显微镜检结果之间的相互补充，相互印证，又各自有不同的影响因素，对其进行对照分析，再结合临床症状，得出正确结论。

Then through dynamical analysis, every instantaneous acceleration distributing of slope under dynamical earthquake can be got too. According to this result, adding earthquake force to structure by way of inertial force, this paper analyses the slope stabilization by using FEM strength reduction method and gains every instantaneous safety factor and its corresponding slide. Curves of safety factors versus duration can be made by curvefitting. By safety factors versus duration curves and slides, we can value structure's quakeproof stabilization and point its slide out. By these principles, programs of FEM stabilization analysis for each moment are organized.

首先通过三维非线性有限元静力分析得到动力分析的初始应力，再进行动力分析得出边坡在动力作用下每一瞬时的加速度分布，根据每一瞬时的加速度分布的结果，将地震作用力作为惯性力加在结构上，用有限元强度折减法进行边坡稳定分析，得出在地震动力作用下每一瞬时的安全系数及对应滑裂面，拟合可得到一条安全系数随时间变化的曲线，根据这条安全系数时程曲线及滑裂面，综合得出结构的抗震稳定安全系数及对应的滑裂面。

The thesis gives a macro explanation and grasp which is based on theoretical foundation, social surroundings and developing trend, explains the possibility and necessity of its appearance and discusses the developed process of its object which covers not only real property but also all asset. The author analyzes beneficial weight, systematic ideal and legal values, then clarifies that the legal system needs profound juristic basis. By using the method of comparative analysis, the author expounds the requirement of applicable conditions in other countries and analyzes its deficiencies in the Contract Law of Peoples Republic China. From the angle of legal effect after its application, the author analyzes the differences in rights and duties between legal nexus among them (the owner, the leasee, the leaser) and pure bargain relation, lease relation. The author thinks applicable range of the legal system may be enlarged and be analogized to financial lease and over the property of another. In the end, it puts forward the perfection suggestions of the legislation of the system of no break of lease with bargain.

本文首先从该制度产生的理论依据、社会背景以及发展趋势上，对其进行一个宏观了解和把握，说明其产生的可能性和必要性以及适用对象由不动产向一切财产转变的发展过程；其次通过利益衡量、制度理念、法律价值三个方面的分析，阐明该制度的存在有其深厚的法理学基础；又运用比较分析的方法，阐述各国在其适用条件上的要求，分析我国合同法有关此方面存在的缺陷；再就该制度适用后所产生的法律效果，分别分析三方(所有人、出租人、承租人)之中每两方之间的法律关系与单纯的买卖关系、租赁关系在权利义务上有何不同；然后将其适用范围扩大，类推适用于融资租赁和他物权；最后提出完善我国买卖不破租赁制度的立法上的建议。

That is to utilize general MPI programming environment, program on the NHBL parallel computational model, analyze and predicate the running cost of program by using the cost function of this model, and analyze the scalability of program by using the time-scale scalability metric. Finally, we analyze the numeric algorithm example---matrix multiplication and the nonnumeric algorithm example---PSRS sorting on Dawning-1000 MPP and NHPCC-cluster NOW system by using the integrative method.

提出了将并行计算模型、算法、编程进行一体化的研究的方法，即利用通用的标准的MPI编程环境，将编程建立在NHBL并行计算模型上，并且利用该并行计算模型的评价函数进行分析、预测程序的运行代价，再利用时间比例的可扩放性分析方法来分析程序的可扩放性性能；最后我们用PSRS排序算法和矩阵乘法这两个典型的数值和非数值的算法，在曙光-1000并行机和NHPCC-Cluster工作站集群上进行了一体化的分析。

第三章为股权分置改革对股票市场效率的影响分析，先对中国股票市场效率进行实证分析，判断中国股票市场目前的效率状况，然后运用计量经济学中的相关分析技术和T检验法，对股权分置制度与中国股票市场的效率进行了相关性分析，再从对中国股票市场低效率的成因、股权分置改革后中国股票市场不确定性变化的定性分析中，考察股权分置改革对中国股票市场效率的影响程度。

In this research, the Value Network by Brandenburger and Nalebuff is first utilized to analyze the industry level in an attempt to examine the relationship between the Phalaenopsis orchid industry and its peripheral industries. Then, case firms and related ones will be scanned and defined to set up the foundation for further explanations of business models. This will be followed by a structure of the business model by Alexandar Osterwalder. The structure is used to detail the industry for the dealers to distinguish the good and the bad in the management of a firm and to make further advice.
